I wish my review matters. When I see that 11 past reviews for Cybird inc are not recommended including the last ones by Andrew Harvey and Fernando Diez which for a few days were "viewable" as recommended reviews then were suddenly downgraded a few days ago to the infamous "not recommended" page...I must say that whoever is hiding behind your algorithm is doing a very poor job! My main concern being that the rationale behind what is recommended and what is not has never been clearly explained other than in very vague terms (your so called "review guidelines" are a joke for preschoolers) . And worse, nobody at Yelp's has ever been able to offer any kind of decent answer as to "why??". No matter what your marketing says, your system is an insult to human intelligence. Really want to know if a review is legitimate? Introduce the human factor or if it's too much asking, give a quick automated call to the reviewer, send him/her a quick questionnaire...an oral or written confirmation will do a better job that your unstable algorithm. Because what is at stake here is the life of a bunch of small businesses and you owe them to be as fair as you pretend to be. Yours Bruno Rony Full disclosure: owner of Cybird inc read more

The creation of my small business website was a pleasure from start to finish with Cybird. Bruno Rony was fantastic to deal with, as he was professional, creative and cost effective. Bruno listened to my needs, and quite honestly exceeded my expectations. He was extremely patient when explaining how the website worked and actually sat me down and went through how to blog -- okay, I admit I wasn't very computer savvy, but now I feel a lot more confident, and I now blog which is important in this competitive market and I have Bruno to thank. It is now with pride and a sense of confidence that I direct clients to my photography website. I have and will continue to recommend Cybird to anyone looking to create or update their website, and I know that Bruno will continue to give his clients' complete satisfaction. I have been a loyal customer of Cybird for more than 15-years. They built my first website, and have renovated it for me over the years. I have always gotten top notch service from them, and am grateful that I found them all those years ago. Technology is not a native language for me, so it's a great feeling to know Bruno and company are only a call or e-mail away to help me with any issues that emerge. However, the site they designed for me, and the training they gave me on how to monitor and edit it, makes it easy. You can check out my site if you like at www.thecalltolead.com I trust these people, and am happy to give them my highest endorsement. read more

The folks at Cybird are great to work with! From the outset, they listened hard to what we wanted to accomplish, asked specific, pointed questions to be sure they understood our needs, and worked swiftly to complete our wonderful website. Cybird built the site enabling us to affect any updates or changes on our own, precluding the need for a 'webmaster' and saving us time and money. Most importantly, the website they completed is simple, easy to navigate, and reaches out and grabs our customers! Building loyalty and facilitating our sales. I heartily recommend Cybird, we couldn't have found a better service provider. read more

I'm so happy that it was Cybird who built my website in 2003. If the person who builds your website does an amazing job, you will be interacting with them for a long time, so you want someone who's patient, intelligent and a people person, which is Cybird. In the past 16-years I have ONLY had positive experiences with Cybird, which is led by the multi-talented Bruno Rony. When he's not building fantastic websites, he's riding motorcycles. I was not computer savvy in 2003 as I am now, and the people at Cybird were so patient and went out of their way to create a website that fit all my needs and was in my budget. read more
