Five reasons why you should absolutely never use this extremely unprofessional laundry service:…read more 1. They never give you direct answers to your direct questions. 2. They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

I've used them twice and every single time there has been an issue. Initially they were supposed to…read morepickup my clothes and left half the bags at my doorstep but I chalked it up to a misunderstanding and proceeded. Most recently they told me to leave my laundry with my doorman downstairs by 5 pm and they would have the clothes delivered next day. When I called for an update on delivery time I was informed they had never even picked my clothes up and there was no way for them to compensate me. I needed my clothes returned that day which is why I did my initial due diligence and called for pickup the day before. Not only did the hugely inconvenience me but they were rude and refused to accept accountability or even apologize. Maybe they just don't respect me as a black woman and so my support of their business doesn't matter enough to them. I will not be using their services ever again.

The Lucky Rabbit Laundromat is absolutely the best in Brooklyn! I give it an A+…read more The owner is a hands-on person and she and her staff are extremely helpful whenever needed. The facility is spotless and the machines are all in excellent working condition. I find the "wash and fold" service is a tremendous help and the option of having it both picked up and delivered back to me is so convenient. All items are perfectly laundered and folded. It frees my time and spares me some hard labor. I highly recommend this laundromat. Barbara B.

Yesterday a machine broke with my clothes still inside . Was stuck on soak cycle for over 90…read moreminutes when the whole cycle should take 30. Owner was nowhere to be found and the only attendant left did not care and just stared at me blankly while continuing to fold someone else's clothes . After two plus hours the owner comes and tried to haggle his way out of issuing a refund . Worst customer service of my life . Oh forgot to mention these washers were 18 quarters previously and are now 24. 24 quarters to have your clothes held hostage by the worst laundromat in the city. Ridiculously crowded. Long waits for dryers because half of them are "reserved" so the new gentrifiers in the neighborhood can use wash and fold service. It's a shame

The worst most stressful experience imaginable! I have a time sensitive trip coming up on Saturday…read moreand thought I could rely on their 24 hour guarantee. I booked my 6-9 pm pickup at 11:30 am on Thursday through the website. I didn't receive any confirmation via call, email, or text to confirm when my laundry would be picked up. I left my laundry out on the porch and it is now 2 pm on Friday, over 24 hours after I booked my laundry pickup. I haven't received any communication to confirm that my laundry has been picked up. To make matters worse, I've sent numerous emails to the emails provided and their number is out of service. This is the opposite of the responsive customer service others describe. I have no idea what's going on or if this is just a giant scam.

I decided to bring it here. Staff was welcoming and friendly and got me set up easily for the wash and fold. Turn around time was next day and convenient. Received a text when it was ready. The folding job was great as it made packing my suitcase extra easy. Next time I'm in town I won't hesitate to use the service again rather than bringing dirty laundry home to do myself.

We tried it out to wash a bulky item. The staff was harried and rude both on drop-off and pick-up…read more I hadn't encountered that in a while. Also, their website feels needlessly convoluted. I liked the pricing, compared to other cleaners, and they did deliver on their 24 hour promise, so it might be worth it for that alone? Maybe? But the item came out --- fine? It is not worth the walk for us, so I doubt I'll be eschewing my local cleaners to return, but glad I tried something new. There is not a cash tip jar, we were asked to tip on the screen like I was ordering a specialty coffee item. Confused everyone I was with. Not appropriate for this kind of business. They also charge for pickup/delivery which most cleaners do not.
