I recently purchased shower enclosure hardware for around $500 from DK Hardware. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered two of the six pieces in the wrong finish. Upon realizing my mistake, I immediately ordered the correct pieces, only to find out that the company has no exchange policy. I returned the two incorrect pieces, which I had bought on sale for $183, and had to pay $189 for the replacements at full price. Additionally, I paid $23 for return shipping. The company promised a refund within 3 to 4 days, but weeks went by with no refund. After waiting, I called customer support and endured long hold times. When I finally spoke to a support tech, I was told I needed to provide my order number and tracking number, which I did. Another week passed with no refund. I called again, faced another long wait, and had to provide all the information again. This time, I was told they would check with the receiving department to confirm my return. During this call, we were mysteriously disconnected. I checked daily for my refund, and about 10 days later, I received only $117 back. In the end, it cost me about $100 and a lot of time and frustration to get a partial refund. A simple exchange would have been much fairer and easier for everyone involved. I do not recommend buying anything from this supplier. Their customer support is absolutely horrible, and after this experience, I feel swindled and unappreciated as a customer. read more

Purchased a small item shown as STOCK on 1/20 (CCard was charged immediately)- contacted DK on 2/5 as to shipping. Informed item was - 'back ordered'. Feb 19 get an email w/ links to accept delivery - NO ITEM EVER DELIVERED! Contacted DK - Informed item from 'distributor' has an "indefinte" delivery time and never shipped. (Yet they send an email trying to 'fake' you into a click that you did.) Contacted CCard to dispute charge. This is a sham seller charging you even though they have NOTHING to ship and SELLING your info upon purchase. Cancelling my CCard # due to these FAKES! My spam/phishing email receipts have increased by 10K% after this order. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SHAM/FAKE/FRAUD seller. read more

had a very disappointing experience with DKHardware. They sent the wrong parts, and when we identified the issue, they refused to reimburse or correct the mistake. In addition, when a package was not delivered, they did not take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. Customer service was another major issue -- slow responses, lack of follow-up, and no real effort to resolve the problems. Overall, the experience showed a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend DKHardware, especially if you expect accurate orders, reliable delivery, and responsive customer support. read more

They seem to be lost. And if you see all the 1 star reviews, how are they still in business? After trying to place a few orders, and trying to see why the orders have not shipped, everyone I talked to seemed to not know what was going on. I placed and order, a week later it still was not shipped, I called 5 times before they said it is not in stock. I asked what was actually in stock so i could order that. I ordered what they said was in stock, and a week later again, 5 calls later I am told damaged in shipping. Amazing. I will never order from this company again. read more

Seriously DK If you want to say you have the best customer service act like it your business is very good getting the product ordered but getting it to the customer is the worst. I've called to see where my package is there not sure they created the label but no one knows where to be found. The first package came destroyed like it was dragged by a train for 100 miles took two weeks to get approved for credit even with photos. product is good but if your on a timeline don't order from here you want have it on time!! read more

I was covering a boarded up window with insulation foam board and copper plated tin ceiling tiles. come to find out, adhesives aren't too friendly with insulation foam and tin, so I knew I needed to screw them in. i wanted the screws to disappear and not distract from the tiles, and DK hardware was the only store I found that had the perfect finish and length of copper plated screws! finished my project and now have a beautiful copper accent window. read more

This is a great company overall. My in store experience with Sonice who was very sweet and helpful was great. I came in expecting there to be a warehouse or an actual store with all products but she showed me the website which was easy to navigate. We worked with Tamara over the phone who made the ordering process as simple as could be. I will definitely work with this company again as we continue to open up new offices. read more

I have been using DK Hardware for over a year now, and order from them at least once a month. I have never had an issue with them, nor have i had any complaints with their service. DK Hardware was extremely helpful when I had to replace the sunroof on my car - just found the part on the website, put in an order and had it delivered before the end of the week. Took it to my mechanic, and it was much cheaper than the price he quoted to find it for me ;-) Planning on using them again when the time comes to renovate our bathroom, too :) read more

Excellent customer service. Had the wrong door handle in the box; no fault of DK Hardware, it was a manufacturer error. In any case, I called in, spoke to a live person immediately and a new one was delivered within a few days. They even had UPS pick up the old one for me. Great company to do business with. read more
