Diran is nothing short of fantastic. We were referred to him by Urban Doors, where we bought a door to have an old (piece of crap) door of ours replaced. I think what astonished me was Diran's sort of almost authoritative presence to his work. He was singularly focused. The honest way to describe it was that you felt you were in good hands. And the end of the day, it showed. Even with a mixup in moulding, he quickly solved the issue and we barely had time to complain before the solution was implemented. So, we are now in the middle of using Diran for a 2nd project, replacing two other piece of crap doors at our house. The funny part (apart from me saying the phrase piece of crap twice in an extremely positive review) is he predicted it. When starting the first project, He remarked, "Once you see how this door is going to look, you're going to want to replace the others." He was right. And so was our decision to hire him.
