I unfortunately live too far away for moving assistance, but I called for some questions because my local people know nothing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They knew the answer to every question I had! and even gave me advise on how to get things done properly. If I lived in the area, I would have NO HESITATION using this company to assist in my Pool Table moving and set up! Thank you so much for your help! read more

David and his team were very professional and their expertise came through with flying colors. Our pool table is now an asset to our home after the felt and rubber bumpers were replaced. They gave us a schedule and kept to it. Job well done. We highly recommend DK Billiards!! read more

The reason that I choose DK Billiards is the transparent pricing (they list it on their website) and of course that the pricing was competitive. Plus Dave picked up the phone when I called (which he did every time). Dave came out to the house and after looking at the table he advised that I refurbish the cushions...I have had the table for over 15 years so it was overdue. Dave took them to his shop and returned within a couple of weeks with the refurbished cushions. When he returned I was having a problem with changing the color of the leather pockets and luckily he had a set of pockets in his van that I decided to buy vs. putting on the old pockets...saved me from putting on miss-colored pockets. He did an excellent job leveling and refelting the table. I changed colors and he was careful to make sure that only the new color was exposed (sometimes an issue around the pockets). He even was thoughtful enough to provide new chalk to match the new color. Plus, after he left I found a cool DK Billiards t-shirt that he left as a thank you gift...very cool! I would highly refer DK Billiards. read more

I live in Mission Viejo and was given a pool table from relative in Tustin as he was to soon move and had bought a new table. He recommended DK Billiard Service to me. I visited them about a month before I needed to relocate the 8' table. We eventually set a transfer date in late April, 2015. Any communication was done by text and Dave was quick to respond. Dave & helper met me, on time, at my nephew's home in Tustin. He was on time and wasted no time in disassembling the table and meticulously reassembled it in Mission Viejo. I had selected a few felt colors earlier and the new felt was installed before finalizing the reassembly. Everything went smooth. Business must be good for DK Billiard as my only complaint was the numerous interrupting text/phone calls that Dave received during the day. read more

I used DK's services in the past (before Yelp) and have always been happy with the level of professionalism and expertise Dave provides. He helped me in short notice to move a table for a flooring remodel. He came back a couple days later and did a beautiful job of setting my table up...again! I highly recommend his services! Thanks Dave! read more

I have had my pool table setup & taken down 4 times since having it and have to say this was my best experience. It needed new felt due to being taken apart so many times and they did an excellent job. Very professional, let us know our pockets were really old and may drop balls before putting it together, they called before arriving so we could come home from work and open the garage and we felt very comfortable leaving them their to do their job. They even left us a tee shirt! Highly recommend their service! read more

Great service! Dave did a great job picking up our pool table in Brea and bringing it out to our home in Chino Hills. Very knowledgeable too! Took his time to level our pool table and gave us recommendations too! We will definitely be going to DK Billiard for all of our pool table needs! read more

Converting our living room into a billiards activity room was a fun family project (Feb 2017). We did a good deal of online research as well as visiting local billiard supply stores. We were very pleased with the selection and personal service of DK. David was very patient as we casually checked out his showroom and asked what probably seemed like an endless stream of questions. He gave us honest comparisons regarding brands and price points. We were even willing to spend more than what we ended up spending, but relied on David's advice and guidance. When the day came for the installation, David and his assistant again demonstrated patience as we had even more questions about the process (being an inquisitive family...). We enjoyed the experience watching our table come to life and the commentary from David about each of the steps. We have been very pleased with our purchase and do not regret saving $1000 or more with the table we chose - it feels solid and looks like a quality piece of furniture and plays very nicely. We did upgrade to the "deluxe' que/billiard set and I would recommend this option - it complements the quality feel and play of the table. Thanks DK! read more

David saved my ass during one of the most stressful periods of my life and I cannot thank him enough! I had just closed escrow on my home and I had another company lined up to move and re-felt my pool table. It was 8 AM on a Friday and I called the other company to confirm the appointment and the guy told me he was on his way but that he forgot his tools and he couldn't re-felt the table for me. I was pissed. I asked if he planned on coming back to re-felt the table after he got his tools and he said no but that he was happy to move my table for me, so I fired him on the spot. As I hung up I turned around to head home and I saw an advertisement on Chapman for DK Billiard Service. Thinking, "why the hell not?" I picked up the phone and Dave picked up right away which was a bit of a surprise at 8 AM. I got lucky and he wasn't booked all day so he was able to move and re-felt my table the same day. Dave worked around my schedule and he took his time taking the table apart, putting it back together, and re-felting it. I was busy moving things but my nosy brother sat there and watched and based on his feedback and how long it took David to finish, it is evident that he takes pride in his work. Thanks Dave! I hope I don't have to move anytime soon but if I do, I'll give you a call again! read more

Great pool table service! David is very professional, had them put together a pool table that I had purchased from a co-worker. The table needed a lot of work. Improper screws, original slate holes were off, my floor is slanted too. David and team were able to fix all of those issues and on top of that put a nice burgundy felt on the table. Will definitely go through DK Billiards for our future pool table needs as we live in an apartment complex and will need to tear down and re-install when we move. read more

I have an old pool table that we inherited when we bought the house a couple of years ago. Although the pool table itself looked solid, the green felt looked like it had seen better days. So after researching pool table re-felting services on Yelp we decided to go with DK Billiards as they're local and all of the Yelp reviews were amazing. So we decided to go with a red re-felt, called Dave, and now we are the proud owners of a red pool table that looks stunning. Dave and team did an incredible job for a great price, and Dave was really knowledgeable and easy to work with. So great Customer service and great price, with a courteous and professional attitude. Go to Dave for al your pool table needs, you won't be disappointed! read more

We found DK Billiards online and decided to visit the showroom because of the good reviews, prices and location. We were met by Rory, who was very kind and knowledgable. She helped us with decisions on size, style, color, etc. without being at all pushy. A couple weeks later David and his assistant arrived on time to deliver and set up the table. They were very professional and meticulous, making sure to set it up in the right location. We are happy to be able to support this small business. read more

We needed a pool table picked from our sons house and brought to ours, and Dave and his crew at DK's did a wonderful job! They were always on time, very professional! They had to take bumpers to shop and returned them to us quicker than they had said they would, which never happens! Had it back in time for New Years Eve! Highly recommend! Thanks Dave read more
