These guys are incredible. We had Mario and Ulises pick up a pool table from Corona and transport it to county lines outside of Riverside which is a considerable distance and tear it down and set it back up. They called me an hour ahead as I had requested to have someone meet them to tend to this project. They were so professional, in my opinion so cheap for what they did. I genuinely had no idea that there was so much going into moving pool tables. When I arrived to my property, it was sitting in the perfect place, set up and in perfect condition. If you need a pool table mover or repair company, call these guys. They stated to us they've been in business for over 20 years and you can tell... there nothing amiss with them. I am new to the area & know very few people. This bar is close to my new home so I have gone in a few times but was absolutely insulted by Bailey the bartender. I paid my check & actually gave her a 30% tip for a shitty ass hurricane just because I am nice person & was a bartender myself at one point & know they live off tips. Then I hear her tell the other bartender "she's a weirdo, all she does is look at her phone, why would you come to a bar to do that?" Thank you Bailey!! I will never come to Diamond D's again....God forbid the fact I am new in town & don't know anybody makes you feel uncomfortable...lesson learned read more

I needed a pool table moved from a home in Ontario to a home in Chino Hills. I called this business and they gave me a next day appointment. They were prompt and met the owner at the home for me, the dispatcher called and said nobody was there, they were polite and understanding, I quickly phoned the owner who was 5 minutes away. They disassembled the pool table within 1 hour and showed up at my home in Chino Hills. I was pleasantly surprised to see them moving my table in a professional van and not in the back of a pick up. ( I wasn't sure what to expect since the price was so reasonable) The technicians Mario and Ulises were friendly and helpful with advice on how much clearance I should have and which direction to place table. They measured and brought the frame out to show me exactly what I would be looking at for placement. They carefully assembled the pool table I was never nervous about scratches or mishandling. They added extra screws to secure slate he said the others were to short, I appreciated his genuine concern to secure the table. They balanced table fine tuning one of the legs down to a 1/32 shim. They stretched the felt perfectly. We tested it with the cue ball and it seemed perfect to me. He said if anything seems off to give him a call and he would adjust....no charge. I couldn't be happier! I finally got my pool table! I'm glad I called these guys. read more

These guys were a few minutes early. I love punctuality! I shopped the job (recover with new felt, new side bumpers) and their price was much lower than others. I normally would have been skeptical, but they had done my brother-in-law's table a few weeks ago and he referred me to them as he was extremely satisfied. I set up the appointment a week in advance, the woman I talked to called me the night before to confirm the appointment. They showed up with the proper materials and worked feverishly on it for 2 1/2 hours. The result is perfection for a small price. They are not close by, but that didn't matter to them. My only complaints were that I sent an email to their address listed on their web page with my request and all of the specifics. It was never responded to or acknowledged. Also, they only accept cash. This is 2013 folks, but they price and service mitigated the inconvenience. read more

Mario is a true professional. He was on time, prepared and efficient. When I called him to ask prices, he was very knowledgeable and gave me a detailed description of what the price included. He wasn't pushy like some of the other companies I called. He was able to fit me into his schedule on relative short notice which was greatly appreciated. During the move, he made sure the table was protected in his truck. When we got to my house, he made sure the table was placed where I wanted it in the room and then went to work setting it up. During setup, he took his time and ensured the table was perfectly level. No detail was too small or insignificant. He even put up the cue rack for me. Price I was quoted was the price I received, good start. Didn't get his name but deserves a raise. They took their time building it back up and leveling along every move. Took 1-2 hours for an 8 ft 3 slate table. Thoroughly impressed that they take their time to do things right and have it leveled right. Going to be here for a long time. I had your company come out on friday December 27th. We just bought a pool table for christmas from another company and regretfully it was not from Diamond Billiards. the company we purchased our table from was very un professional in the installation not even bring out the right amount of felt color that we specifically asked for. After 2 days of playing with experienced players the felt ripped, we called the other company and they said that we were playing wrong and that we should learn how to play. I spoke with Patty during the week (Thursday) and got a quote ($335) and mentioned that I would call end of week to schedule once I got other prices. I called on Saturday to schedule a time for them to assemble and install felt on my pool table BUTT all of a sudden her price change from what I was quoted originally. She said I had called in the morning, which I never did, and had given me a price of $365. I mentioned that I never called in the morning and was returning call to schedule a setup on the quote she gave me during the week. Then she said no she never gave that price, she doesn't recall, she would never give me that price. I mentioned that her price was good that I was calling back to schedule it, she was like no we can't do that price, she never gave that price. I mentioned I have it written exactly what she told me along with other competitors, she just kept saying no that wasn't her. I even mentioned that that's fine and I will just call the next best price one and according to her, that was fine. BECAREFUL when they quote you and then when you schedule it for work to be done!!! read more
