I own a dive bar and these guys were great! I was nervous about using them but they showed up (little late, but whatever. They showed). Took the top off of our pool table to take out dozens of pool cue chalks that were blocking our balls from coming out. Then they left to buy us chalk holders and mounted them to the wall for us to prevent this issue from happening again. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced. Sergio and his nephew worked as an awesome team. They had to move a pool table from a warehouse in city of industry and bring it to our current warehouse also in city of industry. The trick of this is that it's upstairs with no elevator so stairs was the best way (he charges extra for it but worth it). He got everything done and aligned along with making sure that the table would fit without an issue. Sergio is a man who loves his work and will go out of his way to make it everything good for the customer. WOW, Sergio knows pool tables!!! Last week, he moved my 10 year old table from my house to the mountain cabin I own in Idyllwild - 90+ miles away for a very good price. He showed up on time (in fact, earlier than on time) and wasted no time disassembling the table. - he followed me thru heavy traffic all the way to the mountain in good humor and in good spirit. I was so impressed by how he had his tools so well organized and had them laid out before reassembling the table. Every step of the way, he asked and considered my opinion (as to the location, orientation of the table etc.).
