They were able to help me find one and recondition it so that it would be accurate for game play. We are currently in the process of moving and I have a tournament size pool table which I need it to be moved from Victorville, CA to Cerritos, which is about 100 miles away. As I called around I got several quotes from different places and some were even correcting me with the size of my table. When I called Orange County Billiards and spoke with Robert, he was very upfront with me that it wouldn't be cheap because of the distance. I appreciated his directness of the fact. I told him the size and brand of my table and he knew exactly what I had. I told him I wanted upgraded felt and cushions. His quote was better than the others I called, so I went with OCB to do the job and set up the time and day for pick up. So Jose and Louis came to my house to pick up the table. These are two of the friendliest, professional and knowledgeable in the disassembly and assembly of pool tables, that I've met. Long story short, they were very careful in handling the table and when it came to putting it back together we hit a bit of a snag in replacing the cushions, but Jose and Louis knew exactly what to do. I visited this place while my family was at one the tourist resorts in Orange County. I went in looking for maybe some books on pool or maybe pick up some supplies, and really just wanted to visit the store since I was in the area. there wasn't much of a selection, its more a a service and repair shop. when I got there Robert had just finished putting on a brand new tip for a customer and was giving him some pointers on draw and English with this new tip on the store table. Robert, who was super cool and friendly, asked what I had come in for and said that he really didn't have any books, but did give me a free book on straight pool. he let me know where the better pool rooms are at around Orange County. read more

Senora and Robert were fantastic. I visited OC Billiards first before stopping by two other billiards shops looking for a second hand table. Senora was great to work with and we finished the sale over the phone. She remembered I really liked a Brunswick that she initially thought was already committed. They upgraded the felt to OC Pro and their delivery and installation team were amazing. They are really busy though and our delivery was initially pushed out a few days, but Robert made it right by adding a upgraded table cover without me even asking for one. Had these guys move a billiards table from OC to riverside. Very nice and efficient guys, Jose and his crew were very nice and efficient. Treated the table with care and they put it back together in better condition than it was picked up by refelting it nicely and vacuuming all of the debris, dust and pet hair the table had. My boyfriend and I bought a Ms PAC Man cocktail table from OC Billiards for a Christmas present to ourselves. After purchasing it up front we had to wait almost 2 months for them to pick it up (from Fullerton) and bring it back to there shop and then WE had to go pick it up and load it in to our own vehicle OURSELVES and take it home. We were told it was going to be delivered to us. Well that DIDN'T happen. That was January. It is now May. The monitor on our game has gone out. After numerous text back and forth to get a new monitor we had options. 1. Take the entire cocktail table to Fullerton to have them replace it. Meaning WE have to load it back in OUR vehicle and drive it to them 2. They can ship us a new monitor... Perfect here's our address.... Oh but we can't get someone there until after the 5th to pick it up to ship to you... 3. (Me) can I pick it up in Fullerton myself right now? Yes. Great what's the address and phone number. After getting all this information I drive 30 minutes, pick up the new monitor. Drive 30 minutes back home. Today my boyfriend goes to install the new monitor and it works great EXCEPT that it's the wrong freaking size NOW WE HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO FULLERTON AGAIN TO GET THE CORRECT MONITOR. Where has customer service gone? I would never be able to get away with this at my job. It was a hard lesson and we are paying the price. Anyone reading this. Please do your research. read more

I've stopped by while Robert was working and I ended up getting the Bulletproofbilliards Carbine Carbon Fiber Bacote Wood cue stick and had it upgraded to the bulletproofbilliards clear ferrule and a bulletproofbilliards A.I.M medium tip 19 oz. They never seem open. They sell pool tables and they help refurbish pool sticks I thought. I have been here five times, over the course of the last couple of years and every time there's a stupid sign on the door that says they don't do pool sticks so I don't think they fix pool sticks anymore. I shipped two shafts for ferrule & tip. I got a package just today, so shipped from Maryland on Saturday and got it back to Maryland on the Friday ... 5 days! Very impressed by the quality of work and this is coming from a person who got his tips and shaft work done by custom cue makers .. and that I myself sometimes install tips! The tips he sells, his own brand, are great. The break tip is known in the market but I was pleasantly surprised by the play tip. It has exceeded my expectations.
