My outside meter box was only 60 amps and the inside service panel was only 100 amps, 1961 vintage. There were 3 trucks here and the guys did the whole upgrade for a reasonable price and reasonably fast. No more breaker switches being tripped any more. They also upgraded my venthood lights to LED for a reasonable price 2400 lumens and they really light up the kitchen. I would never have any other electricans work for me. John Cramer

Unfortunately, the company's conduct after taking payment has been unacceptable. Pete has since left the company, and Matt has become completely unreachable. Phone calls are not answered. Voicemails are ignored. Text messages go unanswered. This would be frustrating under any circumstances, but it is especially egregious given that I prepaid for both installation and removal of the lights, per the contract. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to honor agreed-upon services leaves only one reasonable conclusion: Christmas Light Pros--specifically Matt--has no intention of fulfilling its contractual obligations once payment has been received. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I recommended this company to a neighbor based on my initial experience. I am now embarrassed to have done so, as my neighbor is experiencing the exact same issue: no communication and no follow-through after payment. This is not a scheduling issue. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a basic failure of accountability and professionalism. If you are considering Christmas Light Pros, be aware: they may perform the installation, but once they have your money, responsiveness and contract compliance appear to end. I've been contacting Matt for over one month to try to get my lights removed for the season and he has given a date but never showed up in mid-January. I've been calling and texting several times and he has never returned my messages. I was bait and switched by paying for the lights and this service and there's been no follow through on removing the Christmas lights. It's mid-February as I'm writing this message. I've tried contacting the parent company Storm Pros however no one is returning my calls either. I think this company has gone out of business completely.

Anyway, Daniel, a clean cut and articulate gentleman, showed up promptly and took care of my issue quickly. He even hung out for a while to help me deal with my HVAC contractor who was blaming issues with the AC on "something is wrong with the wiring in that house". I have owned the house since it was built, and watched it being built with daily visits. In 35 years I have never had an issue with the electrical system. It has proved to be quite robust.
