Nate was hired to be our general contractor. The project was delayed more than 5 months. He was seldom at the site, told us that progress was being made when it wasn't. He used inferior materials, took shortcuts causing us to fail plumbing and electrical inspections and his subcontractors complained that he was behind in paying them. We hired Bluebonnet Construction LLC to complete a project on a commercial building and paid almost half in advance. While there were some unexpected delays, the work was barely started and was never completed. A project that should have only taken a few months to complete is still sitting there, partially started, with no plans for additional work. We were told on multiple occasions that they would be working and they never showed and never gave an excuse. It has been over nine months since we paid the deposit. Nate Forti with Bluebonnet Construction LLC agreed to pay us back, but again is a no show with our money after many promises of delivery over the past 3 weeks.
