Large food truck plaza, definitely not enough parking for the amount of trucks and people here…read more However, my few times stopping by, I've never had to wait more than 5 mins for a parking. So I'm grateful, can't complain. My baby loves her spaghetti and churro every time we come. It's her go too spots! Unless she wants something salty instead of sweet, then we'll swap the churro for a pretzel. Staff is always friendly at all the trucks I've stopped at. This place can get very packed, but many tables to sit and we've always had the have to sit when needed.

Oh man !! I been wanting to stop at these food trucks for a while now . I have family near the area…read moreand passing by on the freeway seeing all the food trucks is insane how many there is ! I definitely got excited glad I finally got the chance to check it out . Parking was busy but there was a young man guiding you to where you could park. Luckily I found parking pretty quickly. There's a lot of cars coming and going. We went specifically to get some Salvadoran food we got some pupusas my son also wanted some tacos from a Mexican truck . I mean, they have it all they have any food you could think of here. I have also tried the lumpia from the Filipino truck. I have to say I loved all the food. I tried so far here. I mean, it could be a little bit on the pricier side cause it's food truck prices. Overall the food was great lots of options to choose from. If you have a big group and no one can decide on what to eat this is the place to take them. We will definitely be back again .

    Magda's Tacos

Magda's Tacos is a truck and Magda's Taquizas is the stand/popup. Or maybe it's interchangeable…read morewith them, I'm not 100% sure. The sign said Taquizas so that's what we'll go with for now (though the trailer did say Magda's tacos or Tacos Magda). I ordered 3 tacos (asada, pastor, Chicken), a quesabirria and a horchata. Pastor had some nice char and was relatively tender. My favorite Al Pastor tacos pretty much always have some form/taste of pineapple but theirs to me just doesn't have it. Maybe it was drowned out by the salsa? The asada was fairly standard, nothing to write home about. Not especially tender or tough. Tad dry though. Of the regular tacos, the chicken was the most standoutish. Very moist and tender. On the negative though, it was VERY salty to the point where I almost didn't finish it. The quesabirria had some positives and negatives too. The tortilla was nicely done with just the right amount of crisp. The meat itself was a tad tough and dry though. And this is possibly the first time that I had a quesabirria that didn't come with consommé for dipping. Quesabirria just doesn't hit the same without it. And with quesabirria I also prefer that green salsa already inside it as opposed to putting it on after the fact. They had a table with all of the condiments and toppings like salsa and onions. I was more than happy to do it myself for the regular tacos. The horchata was so grainy and not refreshing at all. Not super sweet either so I guess that's a plus. Don't know how horchata is made; is it blended because if so it definitely needed to be blended even more. Or is it strained out? I don't know. The person who took my order was very pleasant though. They also got my food out pretty quickly. I don't think I could give them more than a 3/5 and that's a little generous.

Great place everything's made per order. They're outside vending. Tacos are outstanding fresh off…read morethe grill.
