The next day as I am taking in the trash cans, I was greeted by a young man attempting to take away the dumpster! Mind you, my order was for two full weeks, not 4 days. I again attempted to call customer service and was put on hold. The pickup guy was able to get a response on his first attempt w/out any issue. I am gravely disappointed in how this was situation was handled. Especially since we use their services so frequently.
