The box was dropped off as agreed upon, however I received two voicemails 3 days later requesting my credit card info again. I attempted to return both calls - the first time I was hung up on, the second, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. The next day as I am taking in the trash cans, I was greeted by a young man attempting to take away the dumpster! Mind you, my order was for two full weeks, not 4 days. I again attempted to call customer service and was put on hold. The pickup guy was able to get a response on his first attempt w/out any issue. I am gravely disappointed in how this was situation was handled. Especially since we use their services so frequently. I wasn't informed about an issue with payment until after delivery, nor they inform me that they would be picking up the dumpster early. If only they we be more prompt in answering phones as they are in picking up dumpsters.
