Hugo, who came to complete the carpet repair, was fantastic! He reached out to confirm our meet up time, was on time, friendly, personable and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was completed well. In addition, he made sure my base floor boards were glued back in place and helped with closet doors I had taken off for the repair. He went above and beyond what I expected where I didn't feel like a number. I had two smaller rooms and the master carpets stretched and tacked down. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok. Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.
