I met Brian through his Sunday Twitch sessions back in 2021. We have a few mutual friends who invited me to tune in. Brian and I immediately hit it off with our shared music interest. As I got to know Brian through those sessions, I decided he would be the perfect DJ for my wedding in Seattle (5/28/22). I'm happy Brian was down to DJ our wedding because it was perfect! Brian is hands down the best! I had been searching for a good Dj in the Bay Area and stumbled upon Brian's website where I had found a link to his Spotify playlist "Rare Grooves". He was very professional and helpful in many ways for our wedding on the days leading to. WE LOVE BRIAN! Seriously, I can't say that loudly enough. From the very beginning, he was warm, professional, and so, SO friendly. Our first phone consultation felt like we were discussing music with a friend. We started working together early, in January 2018 for our September 2018 wedding. He put together a YouTube playlist to get our feedback about what we thought about the music, down to details like early pop vs. post-2007 Britney Spears. It was the best excuse to have a dance part at home! His process for understanding our tastes happened so organically and naturally that it hardly felt like planning at all! We decided on all the music selections through email. He easily found all of the remixes or versions/covers of specific songs that we wanted; there was nothing he wasn't able to find for us. HIs expertise about music quality was incredibly valuable and so appreciated. A few months before the wedding, We met in person when we did a walk-through of the venue to get an idea of the space that he was going to be working in and iron out any details.
