Our family went here today and though the inside offers quite a bit of fun for the kids I have to give it a 1 star because they lack important safety rules to keep the children there safe. While we were there someone let a homeless man in to use the men's restroom. No one working there did anything about it. My mother went in and told him he needed to leave and escorted him out of the building. I do not feel safe taking my children to play here without proper safety rules in place. For a children's play area they should have only paying customers allowed in. Chuck E. Cheese makes everyone who goes in have their hand stamped and no one is allowed in unless they are accompanied by a child or with a specific party. There was no manager on the premises to discuss the situation, only teenagers who seemed to feel uncomfortable dealing with the situation. No adults get their hands stamped just the kids so how are you supposed to know if the adults in there are with children or not. They also didn't have anyone working there supervising the play area. The play area is very creative and fun. My boys enjoyed their time. The food was ok, but unless some new safety rules are put into place and some changes are made we won't be returning. read more

Hubby and Child killed some time here while I was in town for a thing. they loved it. food was over-priced but the facility was clean, fun and super-duper-awesome. read more

Had my grandsons 3rd birthday party there yesterday. Great atmosphere, great food and great customer service! Brynn was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! She was amazing. Would highly recommend Dizzy Castle for parties! read more

Great place, awesome food. My 2 year old loves it! The digital floor room with games is cute. There is a ball gun room and the slides are pretty fast and scary but awesome. Will be returning often. We have been there about 8 times. read more

Amazing and friendly staff! They all are wonderful and welcoming with my son. First place I've been able to relax and let my son play on his own. Not to mention great food selection with cool pirate boats for the kids meals. read more

It's great for rainy and cold days it's a nice big space . They recently expanded and added more rooms to rent. I did my sons 4th birthday here ... food ends up being kinda spendy but it does taste good . We had several adults so that may be why. They offer to decorate but I brought my own to give my boy a theme hot wheel party . It was nice to have the kids play and be loud and not have to worry about cleaning up read more

We had my sons 8th birthday party here today. It was fantastic, everything was very smooth for event and the kids all had a blast. The food is very good, many options and staff is friendly. It is nice that you have a set block for food and cake, and kids can stay playing for as long as they would like after the event. No feeling of being rushed. read more

Not a bad place to take your kids if you need them to run out all that energy! Summer is packed mostly but that's to be expected. Prices for kids are good considering how much there is to do. Staff was friendly. read more

My son loves this place! There's a small area for 3 and under which is perfect for my one year old! Remember to bring socks if you are going in the small area. They also have a full menu that you can order from also so you can stay here for a while. read more

We recently visited this place and this is the review I left on their page after the owner told me his staff followed protocol. So....today(3/11/17) was our first trip here and the birthday party we were attending was great. Then my 8 year old son was hit in the face with one of the yoga balls and told he was going to get kicked in the face by a 12 or 13 year old boy. Told the management who had to wait for the boy to 1. finally come down off the structure and 2. wait at least 20 minutes for him to come out of hiding out of the bathroom. I told the staff that the parent needed to be addressed and they would not let me speak to the parent even though this boy who was at least 4 years older assaulted my. They gave us free passes to come back (which we will not!) to get us to be on our way. I said if they wouldn't handle it the police would. After waiting for an 1 1/2 the manager, Amber, said she didn't know that we were still waiting (even though she passed us numerous times as we were waiting up front) and that the boy and his family had left awhile ago. I understand that kids will be kids but I do not expect at anytime for it to be ok for someone 4 years older to get away with physically hurting and verbally threatening my child or any child! The fact that the way they chose to handle the situation by giving me free passes and expecting me to just leave was not ok. And if Amber does read this, you telling me that you have kids and understand still does not make this situation better. I protect my children and let them know that it is not ok to be treated that way. It is too bad that they had to see that they were hurt at such a fun place... it would be tolerated..... read more

My favorite new week night place to bring my 2 year old. Especially when it's raining! Lots to do, free wi-fi, and the employees are always super nice! The menu looks awesome, though we haven't tried it yet. Next time we come we're getting dinner for sure! The toddler area is looking a little worse for wear, but it is nice to have a place to take a break from the big kids. And the last time we were here I had forgotten the diaper bag (of course) and desperately needed a diaper. They had emergency diapers and wipes behind the counter, true lifesaver! read more

We are always in the market for trying new indoor play structures. We headed over from Portland to visit Dizzy. It is very similar to play date pdx. The toddler area is enclosed with a baby gate so moms don't have to run after their escaping babies every thirty seconds. There is ample parking and seating. They have a lot of food options complete with a breakfast menu. They also have a vegan and gluten free menu. It's a bit more expensive than play date pdx or whippersnappers but worth it just to mix things up once in a while. I read other reviews regarding junk food and dirty facilities. I didn't find that to be true on the day we visited. The employees were very kind and helpful. I liked that there is some seating that is off on the side. It would be helpful for parents who are in school and need to study while the older kids play. read more

I love this place. Not only do they have a great playground for my kid to enjoy but their menu is vegan-friendly! That is a huge incentive for me to make the trek up here. Also, they are actually cheaper than other kids playgrounds that are similar in size. The staff here are really nice and helpful too. read more

For what you get, the toddler play area should be free, not half price, and there's no regulation to keep the big kids out. The big kid area was pretty fun for my 3 year old however. Unfortunately, after being there for only a couple hours, a day later all three of us had the flu- in June- when we'd gotten through several winters and many other play places without getting majorly sick before. There's no hand sanitizer and the bathrooms aren't kid friendly so I doubt most kids could wash their hands. The sinks are too tall. read more

I love the staff. But that is it. Most of the equipment is so worn down that it is lots of broken plastic and tables and chairs that aren't fixed. The quality of food is disgusting and everything comes with an enormous amount of packaging as well a styrofoam cups. The amount of trash that that place must collect, since there is no recycling whatsoever available, is astronomical. read more

Had to update my review. The place has expanded in order to fit in more party rooms, and the place is just way too overcrowded now on the weekends. Love the additions to the menu, but I'll be avoiding this place on the weekends. read more

We came in during the week so it wasn't busy at all. They have lots of seating for the parents. My kids age 3 & 5 had a blast. They also have a good area closed off for the real little ones. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is they're a little pricey. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! well, my kids do anyway, it's basically a big indoor kid playground, with slides, etc. The main attraction for the kids is the foam ball cannons which shoot from 1 side to the other, they absolutely love this place. They have a neat little kitchen in it as well, decent expresso's, pizza, nuggets, that sort of thing, and they're reasonably priced. I've been there probably 15 times with my kids, and we've enjoyed every visit. read more

Spent 6 hrs here today. Restrooms were NEVER attended to. No seat liner all day, later 1 plugged toilet, and one of the 3 was marked out of order all day. Nice friendly high school staff, always pleasant, taking & serving orders, & cleaning. It would be a great improvement for all, if someone on Staff could patrol around play areas once an hour after school hours when bigger boys arrive & over-run the play area a little too rough for younger kids. This is not the first visit where I've thought Staff was friendly & busy, but older kids get too rowdy and restrooms get exhausted. read more

My four year old and I had a FABULOUS time at cosmic night tonight! Thanks so much for offering such a great establishment for us to make some really fun memories! Oh and the pizza was delicious! read more

Fun time but the younger kid area was overcrowded with older kids. They do not regulate it at all. The area is run down/torn up but my daughter still had fun. read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. We were very excited to come here for my daughter's first birthday. We brought a small cake balloons and presents and were told we could not celebrate a birthday here without paying for a party room reservation. We were two adults and four kids....We just wanted to give her a little celebration. We planned on buying food and drinks for all of us. They let our business walk out the door rather than let us celebrate my baby's first birthday. We were in tears. Night completely ruined. read more

I took my twin 3 year old grandsons to this place and was glad I did. I had read reviews which for the most part were positive but I was concerned that two reviews said they thought the business was dirty. That of course is a concern with toddlers so I was very pleased to find that not only was Dizzy Castle very clean but the staff was especially great. I thought the structures were not only very safe with a lot of padding but also cleverly done, my grandsons loved the tunnels and mazes that led them to various slides. They also loved the cannons that shoot soft balls, the special toddler only area with a ship and the area with a game built into the floor where they stomp on bubbles or chase down bugs. A fun place indeed. The bathrooms were planned with small children in mind, step stools to wash hands, and the snack bar had a good selection. I will certainly be returning. read more

The place Is great! Had a birthday party for my son last year and it was pretty perfect. My son loves coming here to play on rainy days. Staff are real nice. The food is ok. Spendy for the little amount of food so I'll have to feed my son before we come again but we will come again! read more

Dirty, expensive, and rude. Don't waste your time. I took my two children, and with entry and snacks we paid over $50. My kids socks were black just after a couple mins there. The staff was rude from the time we walked through the door, and when I asked if someone could clean a table for us to sit down they just ignored us, so I had to clean it myself. Very disappointed. We will definitely not be returning. read more

Great little space for our 16 month old! She crashed out when she got home she had so much fun!

I really liked the place I went there to see my grandson to play with him but wasn't able to stay very long cause I went to sit down at a table and the chair broke I fell hard to the cement floor so I was hurting I tried to sit on the bench but had to go IAM still in bed sore I felt bad cause I haven't seen my grandson in 8months and was only there for about 20mins I was disappointed that staff didn't offer me water ask me if I was ok the cashier told me oh sorry that's it so I'll be in bed probably a couple days maybe soon I'll see my grandson again read more

Dizzy castle is lots of fun, especially when it's not too busy. There are plenty of tables for moms to put their stuff and hang out. They have healthy food choices if your little one gets hungry. Best of all, it's kept pretty clean. read more

This is our third or fourth time at Dizzys Castle. I read all the reviews and my experience has been positive. Yes, it is a bit spendier than some other places but not by much. It is very clean, the staff has been courteous to us on all 4 occasions, and for a kids play place the food is really quite good. I feel comfortable sitting here for several hours and letting my granddaughter play and eat on some cold rainy NW days. we come here every couple of months and it has been consistently good. read more

This place is pretty cool. My son absolutely loves it. Asked about doing his birthday party and was ridiculously expensive and got an attitude from young staff when asked what could be done to make it cheaper. Disappointed. But still really fun place for kids read more

We went to dizzy castle for the first time yesterday for a birthday party and it was amazing! My 15month old son had more fun then I could have possibly imagined. He was able to do everything and I was very surprised that the parents could as well. I felt like a kid again :) My only suggestion would be to have knee pad for the adults. Crawling around in those play structures is hell on the knees ;) read more

I love this place. My two year old daughter has such a blast and after following her around for a while I found there are not many dangerous spots for her to get hurt. and when she does fall from something there is a well padded floor to cushion her. Even though it is smaller than kids club it is still just as fun. I love the fact that they are open later as well. The food is good as well. There are even frequent visitor passes available. I will bring my daughter here often. Especially because she sleeps well afterward! read more

Good on a rainy day. Expensive food, but it's yummy. Lots of stuff to do. Often times my kids get sick after playing here, but I'm convinced that's it gives their immune systems a boost...it's not like the place is so dirty it smells bad, it's just full of everyone's gross kids...who are all having a ball! Teens who run the place, are not terrible, they are just teens, I'm sure they are doing their best. Yay dizzy castle! read more

Dirty place for kids and the staff, mainly teenagers act unprofessional. The food choices are a bit on the boring side.

Most expensive facility which also offers the least. All of the pictures of neat cakes are the ones that customers, "CAN bring in, if they so choose." Upon asking about the packages they offer, the owner, of all people, informed me that she would prefer to have me choose, "a la carte" so I don't have to pay an extra $100 for 3 pizzas. Because she was unable to bowl me over with gluten free eateries versus paying $200 for $100 of fun plus a room with nothing in it, she suggested I goto JJ Jump or G6. It's good advice. read more

My wife and I have brought our 4 sons here several times, and plan on coming back again and again. We had our youngest sons 3rd birthday party here and it went flawless with the help of the awesome and friendly staff. Their birthday package was perfect! All of our guests kids were able to come and play all day long for no extra charge, They gave us a hostess, decorated the party room, bought my son a birthday gift, cleaned up the mess, and completely made my boys day when Dizzy came in for pictures and high fives. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I love the food, I love the coffee, I love that you can come in the morning and then just come and go as you please thru out the day without having to pay another admission. I think that 10 dollars a child for all day play is a great deal! I have done things elsewhere for entertainment for myself where I was paying 16.00 for each 8 minute gocart session, and 10 dollars to make my 3 year old happy for a whole day while he plays and I can relax with free wifi and food is a no brainier!! The staff does a really good job of doing everything they can to keep the kids safe. I have no concerns whatsoever when my kids are there. They keep the lobby, restrooms, and play areas all very clean, they offer great food, I have delt with probably every person on their staff and have never been treated rudely, or like anything was an inconvenience. They have all always greeted me and my family with a smile and kindness, promptly addressed any problems or situations that came up, and are always willing to help. Even when it means heading into the tunnels to help find my kids. Also we went to the new cosmic night they did and it was amazing!! Very cool laser lights, fog machines, black lights, and ice cream.. All 4 of my boys really enjoyed themselves. The people at Dizzys strive to make sure that everyone feels welcome, and safe. At first I was a little concerned about my youngest trying to leave and I might not notice because there were so many people and it was dark with lasers, and they completely put my mind at ease by having a staff member at the door the entire night making sure no little ones got out. Seeing their commitment to my children's safety, and their ability to entertain my kids, and myself is just amazing. I would give this place more stars if I could, I just have absolutely nothing bad to say, and will just say we will be seeing you again real soon Dizzy! read more

I love going to DC. We always have a fun time but now they have cosmic nights and it is even more fun! My son (2 years old) LOVES going to cosmic nights. I love seeing him get all excited for the countdown to turn the lights off! The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to all my mommy friends and try to have a mommy play-date there once a week. Oh and the cool pirate ship food trays are awesome. My son always says, "Special,Special" and claps when he sees his food. Thank You Dizzy Castle for having a fun, safe place to go. read more

My two sons love coming here to play and it isn't so big that you can loose them. The food and cleanliness are better than most indoor play areas too. Great place for a birthday party! Friendly staff, easy set up, and kids are entertained the whole time. Much friendlier than other establishments I had parties at in the past. Definitely recommend!! Jill B read more

Dizzy Castle is awesome! Took my 2 year old for the first time today and we had such a blast. We're from Portland, but Dizzy Castle was easy to find and a quick drive. Lots of parking and big easy to spot signage. The whole place is really clean and well lit. Lots of seating, super cool tables, and well laid out play spaces. My kiddo enjoyed the toddler area and the castle play area, although there were a few spots in the big castle that she couldn't navigate on her own. She'll grow into it soon enough, and for now I was happy to follow her through the play structure and help. She had a great time on all the slides (and I did too) and even the bigger kids zooming around didn't phase her, the structure is roomy enough and she was just so excited. We sat down and had food, which was fast and really tasty. The vegan menu was really exciting for us since most other play spaces have very little we can eat. I was thankful for the coffee menu since I don't have the boundless energy of a 2 year old. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and there was at least one hand sanitizer pump mounted on the wall in the cafe. There were also quite a few friendly and vocal staff members throughout the play area reminding kids to go feet first down the slide and to watch out for the smaller children. I appreciated not having to be the parent always saying "please don't step on my kid!" to everyone else's kids. We had a free pass this time that we received at an event, but I don't really have a problem with the prices like some other reviewers. I'll be buying a pass next time we go - and we will definitely be going back. Paying $5 for now while my kid is little is great, and when she is big enough to run around without my help the $10 will be well worth the couple hours of quiet time for me. For all of the amenities Dizzy Castle offers (well staffed, free diapers and wipes, free wifi, lots of seating and a huge play space) I think the prices are pretty reasonable. I only have one very minor suggestion - a big clock hanging over the front doors would be great, I lost track of time and we stayed a little too long and my daughter got way overtired, which made for a difficult nap. We were just having too much fun! Really looking forward to lots of winter rainy days spent at Dizzy Castle. read more
