I have been…read morehere several times... for example - our friends had their daughter's graduation there, other friends got married there and this summer we attended their Wine Down Your week event that we saw on Facebook. Since the events were all a few years apart, I noticed on the recent visits that there have been so many great changes and additions that they have made to make the Venue even better. You can tell much work and love goes into making everything beautiful and magical. I first reviewed this place in 2022 and liked it then.. However until now I have never had MY even there. With that being said, I am writing this review due to my last experience with them on October 4th. I was there because my family threw me a surprise birthday party. Yippee.... I was so excited my family had picked Jacquot Vineyard for the location. The pavilion/reception area is so pretty. There are rows of grapes, the mural on the building across the grass, the bar area and of course the lights in the evening work perfectly together. From what my husband and daughters planned the event for several months and the owners were very helpful and accommodating to what my family was trying to pull off. They were very accomodating based on the venue's ability. The communication was excellent and we were provided attentive service. The owners even participated in the ruse to get me there to not spoil the surprise... that is above and beyond. I wish that I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars. I so appreciate that I was able to have my birthday at this beautiful venue. The care and attention that they put into a simple birthday party is refreshing. At one point in the evening one of the owners took time to show my sister in law the grapes and talk to her about the wine production and picking of the grapes that was happening the next week. Yes, this is a working vineyard where the pretty purple and white grapes are not for show, they are made into the amazing wine they sell. They have a very good Pinot. They even grow blackberries there and make a yummy blackberry wine (not too sweet either). We had a few different wines that night and all were good. A few guests even purchased bottles to take home Oh and I can't forget the sunset from the pavilion is spectacular. What a view they have. I am blessed that I was able to have a special celebration there. I want to express my sincere gratitude to them for helping my family make this a birthday to remember.

The manager of the venue, Trace, worked with us every step of the way to make sure that my Dad's Celebration Of Life was smooth and beautiful. They have most things you will need for a beautiful event. The space is wide open and gorgeous, yet private. The folks Jacquot folk were super friendly and so easy to work with. 11/10 would recommend booking this venue. Thanks Jacquot!

Beware....the course is hard! Narrow and not forgiving but in immaculate shape. Back to the clubhouse...it functions well in a 70's kind of way. The venue was set up beautifully, and the food was outstanding. The wait staff were on top of everything! The event went smoothly, and everyone was very happy with the outcome. We raised A LOT of money for the cause. I would highly recommend this venue for events.

Samantha's flowers were delivered at the cemetery at the END of the service (interrupting the veteran's flag ceremony) and also after the doors closed for the service at the church. Should have checked the reviews, and I would have gone elsewhere. Timeliness is rather important for both of these events. Note: The flowers at the cemetery were lackluster and not reflective of the money we spent. Buyer beware.

My stepmom surprised my toddler with tickets for Messy Madness, and we had heard lots of great…read morethings about it and were SO excited. I had a question before the event and contacted them via Facebook. They were quick to respond, answered my question helpfully, and the Saturday night before the event at 4:51pm they responded, "See you tomorrow :)" after I thanked them for their reply. So Sunday morning, we gathered all our spare clothes and towels to clean up and got my mom and sister in the car with us and drove the 30 minutes across town to Kids Klubhouse where it was being hosted. We arrived with 10 minutes to spare and there were no cars out front, no lights on inside. We hoped for the best and walked up, but alas the door was locked. I immediately contacted my stepmom to see if she had gotten a cancellation notice, then checked the event online while I waited for her reply. Apparently our 10am class was cancelled, as was the 8am class advertised for earlier that day. Come to find out, they emailed out a cancellation notice at 8:45pm the night prior, giving barely a 12 hour notice before the event was supposed to start, due to "lack of ticket sales." My stepmom's in Indiana, so they sent it at midnight her time, and it went to her junk mail (which obviously they couldn't control, but maybe if they'd given more than a half day's notice, she would have checked her junk mail). My stepmom emailed them about what happened and was told, "As you were the only attendees the owner advised me to cancel, refund and replace the tickets for another date. I emailed you as soon as it was cancelled and updated the event on Facebook and Eventbrite to state cancelled just in case." Umm.. if they did all that, why couldn't they update the ONE attendee (me) who had messaged them just a few hours prior via Facebook?! What they did right in this situation: Immediately refunded my stepmom without her having to ask, and issued free replacement tickets should we choose to sign my daughter back up for Messy Madness. But .... I really don't think I feel like checking their event page over and over leading up to the event to make sure they don't cancel last minute on us again, especially after we reserved our morning and coordinated with family to go to the original event. If we do decide to redeem the free tickets, I'll be sure not to tell my daughter in advance so I don't potentially set her up for another disappointment if they do cancel again.

Having a seasoned pair of eyes on our timelines, seating arrangements, and vendor orders helped avoid problems we weren't even aware of. During the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Kaila took charge and lifted the stress of coordinating the wedding so we could focus on each other and those we love. It made all the difference. My husband and I got married in 2024 and I still think about how much I regret hiring her. Writing this review so that someone else doesn't make the same mistake. We should have fired her when she CCd my mother in law on an email to our DJ saying my husband and I would not be signing paperwork at the wedding because we were already married. Still not sure why the DJ needed to know we weren't married. But because of her lack of attention to detail my in laws found out via email that my husband and I were already married before our wedding... She said she couldn't show up to our rehearsal dinner because she had a prior commitment so we had to make accommodations for her to come to our venue and do a walkthrough the day before our rehearsal dinner. So my husband and I had to do the walkthrough with our bridal party without any direction from her which was one of the main reasons we hired her. On the day of the wedding she was never around to help answer questions when I needed her. Every time I turned around she was on her phone or eating. She caused more stress than help and didn't follow direction well at all. Luckily we had a wonderful photographer and videographer who kept us on schedule and who were doing her job even though they shouldn't have had to. I had asked her to fluff my veil once it was time for me to walk down the aisle. She agreed but once I got to the aisle she just stood there and smiled at me and didn't help at all. So the photos I got walking down the aisle were with a jumbled up veil. My last straw was when my husband and I came back from taking photos and I saw her standing there eating a plate of food meanwhile none of our guests had been released to get food so people had started to form a long line and our bridal party and our parents were at the very end of it. She didn't release anyone to get food but made sure she got her plate first. Mind you she also required we bring her a lunch so it's not like she wasn't being fed. We fired her after that. She refunded us half of the bill but I wish I would have trusted my gut and not hired her from the beginning.
