I've ordered from them twice and both times they've been fantastic. Easy to order from their website. This time, I ordered a custom bouquet, described what I wanted and they did it perfectly. Added their own touches in there to fill it out like I asked and even the wrap around it to hold as I requested too. I had these delivered when I wasn't home but family was, and they said the delivery driver was very nice too. Beyond happy with this and will continue using their services! My only thing is that getting an additional confirmation after the order confirmed email. I wanted to ensure the delivery was still set and finalized so had to call in. Even then go my answer within 30 seconds of the call so extremely fast answers, but it's a nitpick of mine. Otherwise no complaints about anything! read more

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Don't use this business. Totally unprofessional. I ordered a plant from Samantha's Flowers on August 30 for delivery on September 6, and my credit card was charged over $86--but the plant was never delivered. She had 8 days to notify me that she couldn't complete the order. I called more than half a dozen times, left multiple voicemails, and received absolutely no response. She was totally uncommunicative. Nothing arrived. We waited all day. She DID respond WITHIN AN HOUR when I went to social media, and she then blocked me from her Instagram site when I shared how I was actually treated. What was to be a joyous surprise turned into a bad experience. Shame on her for her lack of professionalism. This was not an ordinary delivery. It was for my widowed mother on what would have been her 57th wedding anniversary, just two years after my father's death. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly recommend choosing another florist. Credit given, but my mom never got any plant, flowers -nothing. Samantha's Flowers was a huge waste of my time. read more

The bridal bouquet I got was not what I asked for, it didn't look anything like the inspo pics I sent, colors were added that weren't apart of my wedding colors at all, I asked for a simple white flower boutonnière and got a yellow one. There was nothing I could do about it, it had to be used in our wedding but I'm definitely very disappointed in the work. He lept saying he was so busy but assured me he could make what I wanted. it was a huge let down. I will say, if those were the colors I asked for, the bouquet itself was pretty, it just wasn't the right design or colors I wanted. He also added jewels onto the bouquet which made it look cheap. I ended up taking off as many as I could before the ceremony. read more

We are out-of-towners and ordered flowers for my Brother-in-law's graveside service and the church service. They were on two different days. Samantha's flowers were delivered at the cemetery at the END of the service (interrupting the veteran's flag ceremony) and also after the doors closed for the service at the church. Should have checked the reviews, and I would have gone elsewhere. Timeliness is rather important for both of these events. Note: The flowers at the cemetery were lackluster and not reflective of the money we spent. Buyer beware. read more

I recently sent flowers to daughter to congratulate her on the birth of my grandson. I told the guy I spoke with I wanted a baby keepsake container. A buggy, ABC blocks etc". Something she could keep. The arrangement was put in a blue container. Nothing to show it's a baby arrangement. If he didn't have what I wanted he should have said so. That way I could have called another shop. Very disappointed, will never use them again. Nancy Delgado read more

I've ordered from this company twice and should have learned my lesson after the first time! Not only are the flowers they use very underwhelming but they clearly do not look at the delivery time requests on their orders. I ordered a day ahead of my anniversary and requested the delivery on my anniversary date (the next day). They arrived on the same day spoiling the anniversary surprise! I reviewed my e-receipt to make sure the mistake wasn't mine and it clearly had the next day as the Delivery Date. Sending someone flowers is often a timing thing and this company dropped the ball! They won't burn me a third time! read more

Zero stars my mom phoned from out of state to place an order with this swindler! And cheap carnations and filler flowers in a brown vase !! No buisness lisence posted and when asked he would not provide !!Do not buy anything from these crooks ! read more

I ordered custom flower arrangements for use at my elopement ceremony including pieces for a flower arch, and was grateful that Samantha's flowers was willing to work with a short turn around time! The arrangements matched my vision and inspiration photos perfectly! All of the cut flowers looked fresh, crisp and full of life on the event day, and still fresh days after! The larger pieces were easy to attach to the arch which was greatly appreciated on a busy day. David had made some creative suggestions based on his experience to help ensure the pieces looked wonderful, and it is clear he knows flower arrangements well! read more

Horrible. I ordered Birthday flowers for my husband. I ordered the deluxe arrangement. The picture on the web site showed an arrangement with a dozen or more bronze colored roses. What was delivered? Alstroemeria, mums, solidago and 5 lousy light pink roses. I tried calling Samantha's for an explanation, however their voice mailbox was full (probably full of complaints). Honestly - take your business elsewhere - to a Florist that wants to brighten someone's day. read more

Absolutely wonderful. Because I didn't specify that the flowers & balloons needed to be delivered during school hours for my daughter's 16th bday when I ordered through 1800flowers the flowers where not going to be delivered in time. I then called them to see if they could deliver to a new address or reschedule for Tomorrow they said they couldnt. So as a last ditch effort I contacted Samanthas flowers directly and they said they absolutely could and would get the flowers delivered to the new address this evening. They had to go out of their way and had no problem doing so. They are now my go to flower shop. Thank you for making what could have been a horrible situation wonderful. read more

I placed an order with them for a flower arrangement for a very special friend of mine. I live in Arizona, so I'm not familiar with florists there. Their website made ordering very easy... and even received an email on the day it was to be delivered, assuring me it had, in fact, been delivered. They understand "Customer Service", so unusual in today's world. I will most assuredly trust them for any future orders I may need. Highly recommend SAMANTHA'S FLORIST. read more

Very poor quality of flowers. Very poor service, ripped bag and dirty messed up my order. They said they don't have white tulips, which I specifically asked for they said they're not in season even though Costco had them. read more

The first time EVER that the arrangement I ordered for someone actually arrived and looked like the picture of what I ordered!

Super unprofessional service and zero customer service. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law who is located near the flower shop. I even confirmed on the date with an employee via email a few days prior to the delivery date, Sunday. I also never received an order confirmation receipt like I did last year when I used this floral service. Well, needless to say, my mother-in-law never received the Mariposa bouquet I ordered for her yesterday. I have called repeatedly, left two voicemails, emailed repeatedly - no response. It's either there is some fraud going on under new ownership or the order processing system is down (just noticed another similar 1 star review left by another customer a few days ago). read more

Beautifully arranged, great service and delivery, just wish flowers lasted a bit longer.

I used Samantha's for our wedding and the flower arrangements were all so incredible! They are a small, family operated floral shop and they do a FANTASTIC JOB!!! They heard what I wanted and created beautiful arrangements and my bouquet was stunning! THANK YOU! read more

Leaving one star because zero isn't an option. Ordered flowers for same day delivery for my daughter when her pet died. Order placed at 8:30am. It's now 4pm and there has been no delivery. I've called multiple times, they don't answer threat phone. They have two phone numbers listed on their website. I've called each number multiple times, and the 971 goes straight to voicemail after several calls. These a-holes blocked my number. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SHADY AF. Update: called them from my work phone (another number they've never seen.) They answered on the second ring. The man I spoke with assured me my flowers were delivered. Checked in with my daughter's partner. No delivery was received. I have reported their charges as fraudulent to my bank. Do not trust this company. They will take your money and dodge your phone calls when your order hasn't been received. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, she sent me pics of the arrangement and they were better than what was pictured on the website. She absolutely loved them. I've put in a Christmas orders for both my mom and mother in-law, since we aren't traveling this year. I'm confident they will continue to impress. I've ordered from big chain flower delivery services and been sorely disappointed. Local businesses is where it's at. They deliver consistent quality. read more

Absolutely incredible service. Flowers got delivered on Valentines Day in spite of the fact that the roads were basically undriveable.
