The test of a good company business is how they handle things if you have an issue. I ordered flowers on mother's day weekend for a family funeral. When the arrangement was delivered, it wasn't quite the colors and flowers I was hoping for due to high demand for flowers on the holiday. I called and spoke with the manager and explained things. She was SO kind, generous and helpful. She offered to go to the flower market the following day and find the exact flowers I wanted and re-send it before the funeral. The flowers were so gorgeous. I would order from this flower shop again and again. Amazing customer service and quality.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and made my mom and dads anniversary special on a day where they were both too busy working too make a day for themselves. Thank you for all of your help.

Decided to walk around Ridgefield on a Monday and this was one of the only places open. Cute little flowers and gift shop. I've been wanting to buy some new house plants and found some great ones here. I'm assuming she's the owner was very friendly, warm and inviting. We bought 2 house plants with ceramic pot included. As we were leaving my daughter mentioned she wanted to come back for some beautiful mini orchids. The owner said we could have them as they were almost done blooming! My daughter was ecstatic and beyond thrilled she received them. Definitely made a return customer out of this experience and highly recommend shopping here! read more

Katie and her staff are amazing and very meticulous. There arrangements are all beautiful and delivery is spot on !! The shop is darling and they offer all kinds of great quality goods including some amazing hand made gifts from local vendors . Check them out .. they go the extra mile and then some !! Horrible. I ordered flowers for my aunt to be delivered 2/4/2019 on her birthday. They delivered them on the wrong day! i called the service to notify them the flowers were delivered a week in advance. They called Ridgefield and said that another arrangement would be delivered on her birthday. The flower shop, called my aunt, told her I was upset they were delivered the wrong day and took back the flowers. Who does that? I called Ridgefield and they said the agency I used told them to go get the flowers. I don't believe it. Who would say the flowers were delivered on the wrong day, go get them?! I'm so embarrassed.. ruined her present. All anyone does is blame the other person.. so sad. read more

My daughters and I ordered flowers for my husband, their dads memorial and paid over $600.00 for two arrangements. Which not only arrived an hour late but the delivery person dropped one arrangement on the ground and put the flowers back together, broken ones and all. I am mad at myself for not refusing them but it wasn't a day I was thinking too clearly. She refunded me $50.00. I will never order through them again nor will I recommend them. read more
