We ended up taking a few sips and then dumping them out. I got a poppyseed muffin as well which was good, I do believe that was outsourced. The ambiance of the place left a lot to be desired- it is located in the iconic old town St- Helens in an old bank. Inside it was pretty cluttered and lined with plants and other items from local businesses for sale. I don't plan on coming back here, it was not to my taste, not worth my money, and was lacking in that cozy coffee shop vibe. It seems popular with many other folks around- just not for me.

They were always in short supply -- most folks seem to want mixed wreaths -- but I'd grown up with fat, gorgeous, English green holly wreaths here, so always looked for what I remembered. Had grand decorating plans for first Christmas back in the Northwest, but was astounded to discover how few holly farms were left, and to complicate matters, those still here seemed to be growing mostly variegated holly. Ugh! Called everyone, finally found Oregon Holly. They had green holly. Ordered a 20" wreath for my front door and two smaller for our front porch gates. Absolutely stunning. Fat, fresh -- beautifully made. So pleased that I ordered one shipped to a friend in South Carolina -- a transplanted San Franciscan who loves holly. She said people actually rang her doorbell to ask where she'd gotten the wreath. Wish that an enterprising shop/business in Portland would invite Oregon Holly to have a space in their shop during the holidays. They could be a real draw!
