We just had my Moms celebration of life at Moonlght Events(highly reccomend) and Clark County floral did the flowers. They were terrific. I have to plan this event remotely as I don't live in the area. I spoke once with the owner and gave her all my parameters of flowers, colors and stick budget. They did an amazing job. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. They are associated with the event so even received a discount. I highly recommend them. Only downside was they don't answer the phone and sometimes take several days to return phone calls, but I still give them 5 stars for the amazing end product. read more

This is my first review ever! But so well deserved!! The owner Wendi is such a sweet lady!! I went to several shops in 8/2017 to see their work. I was tasked to order funeral arrangements for a baby girl that passed away suddenly n unexpectedly. Wendi was so accommodating with what I was looking for, all within the cost frame. She definitely listens to her clients. Wow!! Somehow she saw what I had in my mind n delivered! Very few businesses listen or care anymore about what customers are looking for. Today, I went in again looking for a sympathy arrangement n she had the perfect one ready to go at a very reasonable price but still offered to make the same arrangement in a preferred color, without my asking!!! THE OWNER IS COO KOO AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE... ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A FLORIST!!! Called for flowers for my mom on Valentines Day. When I called to place order, I was quoted $125, when my CC was ran, it came to $150. The roses that got delivered did not have my moms name, just her company name, so they never made it to her. I absolutely included my moms name on the order . Called and asked for credit, was told I would receive it. Did not receive it for two days, called again, and was told by owner that she would not refund my money because the flowers were delivered. Admittedly I was irate as I spent $150 on roses that never made it to my mom due to their error on not correctly writing order. And admittedly I became even more irate as the owner told me she was unwilling to refund my money and she went on to accuse of me of lying just to get my money back?!? So essentially she's stole from me. I paid $150 and my mom never got her roses. I'm a reasonable, professional and kind person. If you care about those you are giving flowers to, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! read more

I asked the lady who helped me with my order if she could find sunflowers for my daughter's birthday arrangement. She said she would try, but wouldn't know until the last minute if she could get them. Today my daughter received her beautiful arrangement with beautiful bright sunflowers in it. Had a date with a woman and naturally I wanted to put my best foot forward; so (seeing as they had the best reviews) I called up Clark County Floral a couple days in advance to have them make up a simple half dozen roses. I expressed how very important it was to me that I have them by Sunday morning so the woman on the phone told me that due to a but of serendipity I could pick them up at 7 PM Saturday and if there was any problem she would call me. This was wonderful as I wanted the flowers to be as fresh as possible, however, when I rolled into the parking lot at 6:45 on Saturday the closed sign was illuminated, which, being a little early I thought "well maybe they got stuck in traffic or something". I proceeded to wait there until 8 o' clock that night, nobody showed up. Thankfully (seeing as there aren't any floral shops open on Sunday) I was able to go to Safeway as a last resort; and to be honest the flowers I got from them were gorgeously arranged and it only took her 5 minutes (if that), so I guess some good came out of all of this. In short, they may be incredible for weddings but for a simple $20 bouquet I felt extremely under valued, I had my time wasted, my blood pressure elevated and I really wish they would have told me to just come in during normal business hours.
