Play Street Museum is located in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking. When we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed by the employees. It is a shoe-free place so make sure you're prepared to wear socks. I was impressed by the entire setup of Play Street Museum. It is very clean, accessible for all ages, and there is a variety of play options. The setup makes it easy to move around to each area. There is an airplane that has different realistic airplane sounds. There is a food/kitchen area, a veterinarian office, a home space with a kitchen and babies, an outer-space section, an ice cream truck, tables with different activities like drawing, sorting, building, and a large lego table. There is so much imaginative play options. All of the toys were clean and seemed new. There is also options to add extra activities like make your own slime, paint pottery, and dye a hat or apron. Play Street Museum also offers to host parties. We loved our hour and a half of play time at this awesome spot! At the end of your visit, the kids get to pick out a snack. The play area is a pretty big section with many sections being for bigger kids: 42"+ and 6 y/o+. The big kid section was harnessed up obstacle courses, giant slide you ride down in tubes, and a giant bounce area. The toddler section was still really cool with a small trampoline room next to the main play area. The main area had rotating rocket ship platforms, a giant ballpit with fun projectors and a big slide and play place similar to the McDonald's and Chuck E. Cheese play structures 90's kids grew up with. The small slide went into a foam pit and the big slide was fun for even adults. Our toddler had a blast and of course was crying when we had to leave. The different "centers" are incredibly well done - there's a cafe, vet, career center, hair salon, and others - each sectioned off to maintain organization and keep things not overwhelming for growing minds. I will say it's pricey taking 2 kids - $40 for the play session and the multi pass doesn't offer much of a discounted rate. It was nice that no matter where you chose to sit at it had a great view of the whole place so that the adults could visit at the tables and still have peace of mind and an eye on the kids the whole time. Staff were super friendly and helpful. SO many options for food which means we know exactly what we want to try next time. Only $10 per kid which actually was a pretty good deal considering all they can do while there. We stayed for about 3.5 hours. It started getting busier around 4:30 so if you can get there earlier I definitely recommend it.

So about two weeks later when I was driving by I stopped in to inquire. A lady poked her head out the door and rudely exclaimed she was teaching therapy. I told her I tried to email a couple weeks ago to inquire about renting the studio, and asked how I should get ahold of anyone, she cut me off to tell me they get 35 emails a day, and don't have time to answer them all. So apparently they're too busy, and they don't need my business, so I'll be taking it elsewhere. I'm surprised places with this rude of customer service stay in business. I definitely won't be supporting them, and will let my friends know not to either.
