After many hours of scraping over several days and vacuuming up dust and paint chips and also sore muscles and hand blisters starting to form, I thought, "Why am I doing this?" I will let the experts take care of this. Pacific Tub & Tile was able to send someone out within a couple of days and they had the job done within hours. My tub is so beautiful now I enjoy taking baths again. I learned not to put non slip suction cup mats in the tub because this will harm a refinished tub and compromise the paint seal. I just put a towel on the bottom of the tub when I take a shower and that provides a nonslip surface. I needed them to fix a botched scratch repair on an engineered stone surface (quartz). This surface is notoriously difficult to work on and you'll not find many people who know how to repair it. It took a long time to fix things and his standards are extremely high. In the end, the countertop looks better than it did when the fabricators were done.
