Super easy. I didn't realize the previous owner had reglazed the tub in our hallway bath. After several years of bathing the kiddos and scrubbing that old glaze with the wrong products it started coming apart. Enter Rhonda and 24 hour bath. She's super responsive. Like TOO responsive. She got back to me within mins on a Sunday night and quoted me a reasonable price to strip and refinish my tub. Leo came through and did the work and it looks good to go by the next day. Just note, the odor from the glaze is really strong and you can't be around when the process is done and for 4-5 hours after while it sets. This caused a couple challenges but certainly not 24 Hour bath's fault. If I need a deglaze I will contact them again. 5 stars. read more

Their quote was also the lowest among others. Leo, the tech guy, came to my house two days on time. He was polite and patient to answer my questions. Everyone at 24 hour bath has been amazing. I initially interacted with Rhonda. She explained the process and gave me a competitive quote. Theirs wasn't the cheapest quote I got however Rhonda was so nice and responsive and gave me a good warranty that I decided to go ahead with them. It was very easy to interact with her, she was very accommodating and answered all my questions without any hesitation. She even rescheduled my appointment. On the day of the appointment, one of their workers came to prep the place and then Leo their technician did the refinishing job. Both of them were really nice. Leo did a fantastic job on the tub.
