We knew we needed to check on this before the flooring install continued. I called one company that was booked up for almost 2 weeks. We asked them if they could at least look at a picture via email as we needed help fast. They said maybe but never responded after I sent the picture. I called Smart Pest Pros. The lady who answered understood that I needed help now... not later. She arranged for Josh to come out the next morning. He did a thorough inspection. He explained that it was termite damage (maybe old) and gave me several options to deal with it. But also gave us the go ahead to finish the floor. Josh and his office manager saved me a big headache and expense. Thank you from Vallejo!!

They asked me to send photos of what I had in mind, I received an estimate, and then we got a date set up. Kyle is very nice and did a great job installing some shelves and fixtures for a "cat wall", basically a cat jungle gym. The price was actually less than what I was quoted and he used better fixtures than what the product came with. Overall, I'm super happy with the service and quality of work I received.

A really wonderful service…read more I ordered the restrooms for our wedding, which we held at our home, which is not a wedding venue. Toilets were a must, but I was partial to having some that were ADA accessible and air conditioned, in case it was a really hot day/weekend, instead of standard port-a-potties. Besides, we had a lot of people coming in from out of town and wanted to treat them well. Communication was prompt and professional; delivery, service, and retrieval were all seamless, and my guests were just BLOWN AWAY. Don't underestimate the value of spacious, clean and sparsely, but thoughtfully decorated bathroom trailers! Would use again in a heartbeat.

When I received my phone back, it turned on for about one second and then stopped working completely. I went home, charged it, and tried everything I could, but it would not turn back on. This was especially stressful because I was leaving the next day to fly home by myself, and I was several hours away from home. I ultimately had to get the phone looked at and repaired somewhere else. I was told there was an issue with the phone that was causing it to immediately overheat, which explained why it would not stay on. When I returned to this shop a week later to ask for my money back, the interaction was extremely uncomfortable. I was berated, and I was told I needed to delete my original review in order to receive my money back. I ultimately deleted the review and received some of my money back. I'm sharing this because I think customers should know about my experience before choosing this shop. I understand that repairs can sometimes be complicated and things can go wrong, but I expected the situation to be handled professionally and respectfully.

They made my business pants smaller and forgot to fix the button, but luckily they fixed them by the next day. The owner also made a comment about how the shirt was not a flattering color on me. I had a frustrating experience and will not be going back! I could've bought a used sewing machine and altered the clothes myself for that price.
