Service: sweet gal took our order over the phone, was patient in helping us decide between 2 pizzas as we were first timers and from out of town. She was also courteous when we arrived. Ambiance: it's roadside dinning. We had our dog with us and it was perfect. They have a row of wooden picnic tables but they felt more like for kids. One of the wooden tables is bigger though. I preferred the iron/metal table which we were able to score. Id say it's very family friendly no frills. Experience: we were very grateful to read all the yelpers review which told us about people who loved the pizza but were so angry about the time it took to be served. Because of that, as we were driving back to the city of Virgin after visiting the horseshoe bend in Paige Arizona, we were able to call in well in advance to place that order. What I put together over the phone was they had time slots mapped out. Upon arriving, I saw a sheet made that helps keep things consistent. It was a sheet with time slots and blank spaces below. The business has an algorithm for how fast they can shell out pizzas and you get what you get for how their flow of customers and size orders for the day. There was hardly a line there but a steady flow people coming to pick up or sit down and eat, so do make sure to CALL AHEAD. Pizzas are MADE TO ORDER, no premade items sitting around. The dough was enjoyable, included leoparding (dough rise marks) and had a slight chew in the bite. It was about 14 inches. We had not ate all day and there was 2 of us. No left overs/to-go. We had the Chicken Bacon Ranch but after arriving/ordering I wished I would have saw the "Hurricane". It's a meatier choice. Apparently the yelpers photos were old and didn't reflect all the current pizzas. I'll include photos of the most up-to-date menu on in this review. I'd definite come back again on my next trip to Zion and The Wave. I'd probably try the hurricane and have one of their specialty lemonades. Looking forward!

The pizza here is ridiculously good. I was in town for the weekend and remembered this place was on a list of one of the best pizza quality in the US. I called in and drove 30 min from St. George. Rolled in first thing as they opened. It's a small wood fired outdoor shack. Both workers were very friendly. I ordered a margarite pizza and siciliano with sausages, and the Nutella pizza. All of them were delicious. My kids loved the Nutella pizza. First off, the quality of the bread, cheese and ingredients is high end. And the price is reasonable. You get so much more for what you pay for. Best pizza easily in Utah and probably the best pizza I've ever had. Worth a long drive for!!

My friends and I called ahead before driving to our cabin for the evening, and it was ready in about 30 mins. The wagon is very cute and the owner was super nice - simple yet effective operation! We got 1/2 Margherita, 1/2 BBQ chicken and it was very yummy/perfect after a long day of exploring the parks!

Always love getting pizza here whenever we are in town to hike in Zion! Their pizza is amazing especially the Margherita pizza with the salt rim! It's so easy to place an order by phone or to just swing by. Their location outdoor with string lights and with a brick oven that gives their pizzas a great Smokey flavor.

This place came highly recommended by a friend, so we went out of our way to pay them a visit. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered a Sicilian and Margarita. The Sicilian only had 5-6 pieces of sausage per slice and there were no salt on the margarita's crust. The crust was not 'airy' like other visitors posted here; kind of chewy. How would I rate this place? Perhaps between Little Caesar and Papa John. For $15 per pizza, completely not worth it. I WILL NEVER go out of my way to visit them again, but if I'm in the neighborhood, I would give them another shot. Best of luck.

THIS PIZZA IS BUSSIINNNNN!!!! I got the margarita pizza with pepperoni ($12) and it was soooo good!! They stop taking orders at 8 PM but they continue making the pizza, I got mine at 9:15. Make sure to order ahead they get really busy. 10/10

Great service, the pizza was ready on time, and it was delish!! And awesome prices! We got 1/2 Chicken bacon ranch and 1/2 Sicilian add pepperoni. The CBR was wayyy better (I was nervous about the bbq sauce on it, but it makes it!) 10/10 for sure. The Sicilian was good, but nothing "special" compared to the CBR. $13 total. Can't beat it!

We called in an order ahead of time. Very nice and kind folks running this small oThey gave us a pick up time and they were ON TIME! So we left with two fresh, hot pizzas (14"). Both were very tasty and satisfying! Plus, they are very inexpensive. If you're tired of dropping big bucks on meals while traveling, you should check out the Pizza Wagon!

This is a top notch establishment. Their customer service is unbeatable and the pizza is mouth watering delicious. We got pizza two nights in a row the two nights we were in hurricane, that's how insanely good it was. Call ahead to reserve your pizza time cause it's popular and the slots fill up fast. The pizza was ready right when they said it would be and they brought it right to our car. The crust is the perfect amount of chew and crisp to it and their menu is creative and delicious. Do your tastebuds a favor and eat this pizza! Be careful when putting the place in Apple Maps cause it is farther down the street than the address says and is closer to the wagon museum, past the Sinclair gas station.

Definitely come here if you're visiting Zion National Park. This was by far my favorite meal of the entire trip! Everyone here was super friendly and the pizzas were affordable and made to order. They also do half/half pizzas. What more could you want? We ordered half hawaiian/half bbq bacon. The toppings were generous and the crust was amaaazing. It was crispy on the edges, but had a nice chew. I wish I skipped all the other mediocre food in the area and came here for every meal of my trip! read more

Selfish me doesn't even want to leave a review here because it's hard enough to get a pizza some days as they are BOOKED UP. There is a reason for this. It is probably the best pizza I have ever had, and I've had it all over the country. Who knew, our little town would have some of the absolute best pizza there is. Can't say enough good things about it. It is amazing. And as far as the service, always on point. Everyone that works there has ALWAYS been super friendly. Love it read more

Best pizza I've had in a while! Seriously, so good. The Italian cowboy and the Sicilian we the two pizzas that we got, so good! Both pizzas were extremely cheesy, and there were a lot of big pieces of meat on each of them. I appreciate that they were not stingy with the toppings. The sauces on both of these make the pizza so good. And the crust was thick enough to appreciate but thin enough to not overpower your entire bite. They are a must try if you are in town visiting Zion! read more

My family loves their pizza. They are just so busy now. It's always like an hour wait. So you have to plan. But I live 5 miles away- so not always convenient. Staff is always friendly and always remembered what pizza we would order. They are just too busy! lol read more

Awesome spot for pizza on the way to/from Zion. The staff were friendly and wore their masks appropriately with customers. We ordered their margherita and chicken bacon ranch pizzas, each being $9-10, which were ready within 10-15 minutes of ordering. The crust was thin and crisp, cooked perfectly in their pizza oven. Our pizzas were not greasy at all and were made with fresh ingredients! Definitely recommend for those seeking a quick bite to eat during a long road trip. read more

$9 for a whole pizza and it's not a personal size pizza either is still a great price. It's easy to miss off the road as it's situated in a parking lot with no huge sign but next to a hot dog trailer. The people are super nice. They have limited toppings but the options are really good. It was delicious especially after a long day of hiking. Just about 39 min outside of Springfield. read more

A poster board said the truck was at the park with an arrow. There are a few parks in Hurricane so please add which park you've moved to. After searching for 30 minutes, finally found it and went to order, the lady in front of us was told it'd be 15 minutes for her one pizza. Before we could order, the worker said it'd be an hour and 10 minutes for us. They don't need our service so we left and wanted to warn others to not waste your time either looking for it and to experience poor customer service. read more

These guys have no idea how to run a business. We went there on a Friday night at 7:30 pm and they said they were sold out of dough. So we went there the next at 5:00pm and again they had sold out of dough. If they can't figure out how to plan how much dough they need they'll be out of business soon. I have no data to judge the quality of the pizza because I couldn't get one. read more

Words can hardly express how wonderful this pizza was. Seriously it was THE BEST pizza I have had in quite awhile. We were just visiting for a music festival and wanted to get some food. Pizza sounded great so we looked it up on google maps and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED. The pizza is so delicious I wish they would come up to Rexburg and have a restaurant literally everywhere. The service was great and the wait time was a little long but honestly SO WORTH IT. Great price too for the size and deliciousness. 23/10 would recommend to literally anyone even people who don't like pizza. The hype is real with Dixie Pizza Wagon! It is even better after a day of adventuring in Zion. Dixie Pizza is extremely popular so make sure you do a phone order ahead of time, as it could take 30-45 minutes to complete your order. And even more during peak hours. But the wait is worth it! Highly recommend their Italian Cowboy. The crust was thin and chewy. It did not detract the flavors from the base itself. They did not skimp out on the meat. Overall the pizza was mildly sweet from the BBQ sauce, savory from the meat, cheesy goodness = YUM. 10/10 recommend grabbing any of their pizza if you're in town. read more

Prolly the best value for money pizza you will have. In $10 we were able to get a pizza which was good for 3 people. The wait is somewhat long so make sure to order far in advance (2 hours+) Though the pizza itself was perfectly cooked and had a good mix of toppings. read more

So this place was a 2 block walk from our hotel and what a nice surprise, The guy cooking and the young ladies working were awesome. When we ordered they informed us it would be almost 2 hours, actually they said "your pizza will be ready at 8:20", which was almost 2 hours away, so we came back and pizza was right on time and delicious. Also the price was excellent, we served 3 of us for like 25 bux, we had a couple of cold orange dreamscicle sodas to go with dinner. We also got to speak with the cook about his oven, they made it with a sand mold, super nice guy wish I had caught his name. I suggest going here if you're in the area , order early and be on time for pickup because they will be ready. Totally worth the wait. read more

If you're craving pizza after a long day hiking at Zion Park or Bryce, and craving for pizza, this is the place to go. Their pizza is absolutely delicious with the right amount of tomato sauces and cheese ratio. Their tomato sauce was the bomb and flavorful, and that crust is thin and crunchy. Do yourself a favor and put this as your top of the list to go to if you're in the area. read more

Such an amazing pizza. I ordered the 3 cheese over the phone on my drive back from Zion. The girl on the line was apologetic and stated the wait would be about 25-30 minutes. Worked for me since I was driving! I arrived early and waited 5 minutes for my pizza. The guy ringing me up tried to give me the pizza for a discounted price since I waited! Very nice gesture but not necessary! I believe my pizza was $8; I gave him a $10 and left. The whole concept of the brick oven outside with picnic tables is soooo unique! I love it! The pizza was amazing. I love how they put feta on it and fresh basil (I watched the girl making the pies pick it from the plant). The size of the pie was a little larger than a personalized pizza but may not have been enough for two people to share; depends how hungry everyone is. I ate the whole pizza myself after hiking Angel's Landing. Overall, highly recommended! Go support the locals! read more

i saw the yelp feedback and decided to go to this place for pizza and discovered that this business is a roadside food stand located in a parking lot.... it was cold outside but we ordered three pies. while waiting and watching the pizzas being made from scratch, I spoke to the man operating the oven. he told me about the secrets to great pizzas and had some wise words about family and life in southern utah. we grabbed the pizzas and walked back across the road to our hotel. when i took my first bite i was amazed at the incredible fresh flavor, crispy and slightly chewy crust and the perfect ratio of sauce to ingredients to crust. if you find yourself in hurricane, you owe it to yourself to try dixie pizza. read more

Wood fire pizza oven this will get you four star by itself. They put the pizza over the firewood at the end to get the wood chip flavor around the edge. The amount of toppings are fair.
