This is a quirky restaurant! First, when you enter the place, you walk smack into the dining room. There is no hostess or counter. Then as you walk into the left side, you see a counter for ordering food and the menu painted on the left wall. The kitchen is open so you can watch the many cooks making food. Then there is a small salad bar and soda fountain next to that. There are funny, quirky signs and plaques with pictures and sayings all over the walls. I have never been to a place that looked like this. This is definitely a mom and pop place. Like so many restaurants nowadays, this is a self-serving place where you only get service when they bring your food to your table. You have to order at the counter, then get your own utensils and napkins, drinks, and seat yourself wherever you want. So that's what we did. The Greek salad was fine, came in a plastic clamshell container even though we were dining in. Then the margherita pizza came, and we were pleasantly impressed that it was fantastic! Perfect crust and fresh toppings! My daughter said it was one of the best she's ever had. Overall, great pizza place, if you don't mind the self service and quirky decor. read more

Pizza is ok. Second time ordering online for pickup. Both times they didn't start the order until we arrived at the pickup time to pick it up. The app stated a time for pickup about 30 minutes after order which seemed reasonable. About 5 after we arrived they started making the pizza so all in was about an hour to finally get the pizza. The app their website used was called chownow.com. Not sure where the delay is on the app side or the store side. Staff was friendly and professional and the store was clean. Just think there should be a way to put a more realistic time for pickup on the ordering app. It's awkward sitting there waiting for your pizza in the seating area. read more

We had Brandi's Luau. Not the best I have had. Service was less than satisfactory. You place you order at the counter and the bring it out and call your name when ready. They got my name wrong (guess they couldn't hear over the noise) so after waiting 30 min we asked if that pizza was out. Yes it was, just had the wrong name. It was busy. Tables had not been bussed so seating was limited. I ordered drinks which are self-serve . They failed to give me glasses. As we waited for the pizza, I noticed a stacked of 'clean' plates stacked by the register. Guess you are supposed to just take those too. Plastic knife's and forks are by the soda machine. I ordered takeout from this location during my recent trip to southern Utah. I ordered the cheesy Riggatti bread (with creamy marinara dipping sauce) and chicken bacon ranch pizza. I really enjoyed both aspects of my order. The location itself was super cute and looked like a redone house. The staff who sent me off with my order were super friendly and efficient. As for the food, everything was exceptional. I really enjoyed the cheesy Riggatti bread. The creamy marinara sauce it was paired with was delicious and unlike anything I have ever tasted. The pizza is always amazing. I always get the CBR and the Ch-bacon sticks. Literally every single time. It's a really really lovely place to come with my friends and family, especially the upstairs seating. Wow! Such a cute place! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the most wonderful lady that showed us how to order since it was our first time. Ambience is so comfortable and welcoming. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza which was sooooo good! We live in Vegas and are originally from Buffalo,NY, so we know good pizza. We are just visiting but we will def be back next time. Neapolitan style pizza is my favorite. Riggatti's does this type of pizza well. Have I had better? Absolutely. But, since St. George is a relatively small city, this has to be one of the better pizzas we've had during our many stops/vacations here. The service was good - one the employees even gave our kids some goldfish while we waited for our pizza to cook. This small act of kindness made our experience better than anticipated because the kids had their mouths full nearly the whole time so they couldn't yell or argue with each other while we waited (parents of small children will understand). Off the top-the pizza was good not great. I judge pizza pretty harshly so it takes a lot to impress. I liked it. It won't be on my "best of" list but it was above average for sure. Crust was ok if not a bit floppy. Flavors were decent but muted. The restaurant was very busy and they offered a small salad bar for an additional charge. Three personal pizzas, three salad bars (single trip) and three drinks was $70. Value isn't really present here and the service wasn't either. I'm not sure if everyone in Utah is just short and terse but it's a strange thing I experienced across multiple businesses in the area. Riggatti's was the same. This places is usually good. We went yesterday Feb 19th and who ever was getting pizzas out and cutting them obviously didn't care. They pulled them out way too early. All 3 were doughier than they have even been with zero crisp. Not sure if the person was blind, since each slice was not even the same size. And my son said that the pizzas smelled like throw up. Yes Carnivore for the meat lovers (ham, bacon, sausage & pepperoni with 4 cheese!) I had such high hopes for this place just based on the appearance of the building (inside & out) but I'm sad to say that my Hawaiian Pizza was not good, in fact it tasted a little bit like vomit and I had one other person try it to confirm my taste buds weren't off. My wife got a cheese pizza and it tasted great so I think the combination of their ingredients on the Hawaiian specifically give it the vomit taste. I must say that the lunch special here (personal Pizza, salad bar, and a drink) is a stellar deal and well worth it if you're looking for a fun place to go eat.
