Once upon a time there was a location in Bountiful and I worked there and got hooked on the bread twists. Now anytime I'm around one when they are open I have to go in for a twist. By far the best breadsticks and ranch anyone can find. The rest of the food is good too but these are my favorite. I made a stop specifically for the twists on my way back home to Arizona and the experience was so great from the friendly staff to the clean restaurant and the super hot and super fresh twists. Definitely always going to be on my list of places to go as long as they are open. read more

We stopped by right when they opened at 11:00 am on a Saturday. We ordered the lunch specials. Two of us ordered pizza and I ordered the killer whale sandwich. The salad bar was fresh and had several choices. My sandwich doesn't look huge but was packed with meat and very tasty. Very filling sandwich with quality meat. The bbq chicken pizza was delicious. The Margherita was also very good. The star of the show might be the garlic Parmesan bread twists. This place is very good and the lunch specials make it very well priced. read more

We come here every time we are in St.George. This time we stopped in before we headed to our B&B. We walked in about 15 minutes before they were closing. You could smell the clean in the air from them doing their closing cleaning. We ordered or dinner to go. The cashier was awesome and on point as we spewed out our requests from all directions. We got home and started to dig in. Everything was awesome, even after it had gotten slightly cold as we unpacked the car. Food is good, but the hostess are not friendly and should not be the face of any business unless they can problem solve and thinking logically. One hosts told us that our table was ready, and then some how they ended up giving it away. They told us it would be 10-15 minutes longer to prepare a table, and finally after an hour we were sat. Fantastic $7.25 for 1 trip to the salad bar. Hubby's small pizza was a good $ and tasted great. Everybody raves about the breadsticks so got those, but just thought they were meh and at $2.25 each, seems pricey. The waitress asked which dipping sauce we wanted, and then CHARGED US FOR THE SAUCE. There should be NO surprises on our bill so she should have disclosed sauce costs extra (we would have still gotten the sauce, but just be honest, instead of sneaky). read more

We used to drive from Vegas to St. George just to eat here. Their pizzas were so there. I used to love the garlic bread. The price was good for what you got. We took our daughter here for dinner on her birthday. We showed up at 8:45pm and they close at 9pm but they welcomed us in regardless. Our server Reese was very friendly and efficient- she even brought our birthday girl a special treat. Food was good, definitely get the huge breadsticks. We would eat here again. I don't have enough good things to say about this place and the management here. I came in with my family (husband and daughter) and our server was so sweet. We ordered and while waiting for our food my daughter hit her head on the booth and immediately puked all over me and the booth. Our server was dropping off our food in this moment and saw what was happening and went to notify her manager. Her manager, Maddie, came over and was one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She offered to clean it up for us even though I insisted and she just made us feel so much better about the whole situation in general. Even offered to give us a Pizza Factory onesie for my daughter to change into but when she saw that I was also covered in it, she was like come with me. I followed her to the merch section where she had her employee give me a sweatshirt to change into. Maddie grabbed me a bag for my clothes to put them in. Seriously don't have enough kind things to say about her and how she operates. One of the NICEST human beings on this planet. She deserves a raise. It's moments like that where moms recognize other moms struggling and just a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you again Maddie for your helpfulness and for making our experience unforgettable. Ordered at counter and assigned a table. Table was not wiped down and many other tables were dirty. Girls at counter visiting with friends instead of attending to duties. Salad bar was messy and needed restocked. Pizza was similar to Maverick quality but $10.95 for a personal 7". Not much more than a large slice equivalent. Dirty floors and tables and seats. This is a very popular pizza restaurant. The menu is rather extensive, but for some reason I was in the mood for calzone. There were several version, one meatless, but I got the one with combo meat stuffing. It was good, and it was large. My wife and I split it, and came away quite satisfied. Visited St. George for the weekend and we kept seeing The Pizza Factory pop up online for dinner suggestions. We arrived at around 8 on Saturday night and there was a 15 minute wait, but we may have only sat there for 10 minutes. The restaurant itself felt very cozy and had young friendly staff. It was interesting to be able to see into where the service staff had their stations, preparing food, a unique touch! We ordered a medium pizza that had a good sauce to cheese ratio, although the crust could have been a tad crispier. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs as we ordered a garlic twist and cheesy bread. Highly recommend the garlic twist, one was enough for us, it was huge! We could have done without the cheesy bread, not our favorite. I would recommend the restaurant include sauces with either appetizer option as it is extra. Everything. Being a NY'r puts most pizza establishments outside of NY in an unfair position. My wife and I got a $20 coupon from another retail establishment to use at Pizza Factory and decided to use it. We ordered a calzone and a 7" pizza to split between the two of us. The dough that was used to make the calzone was more than likely made from a Pillsbury crescent roll tube. Doughy and not fully cooked with very sparse amounts of meat and vegetables and not a trace of ricotta cheese, which should be one of the main ingredients of a calzone. It came with a small side bowel of a "so called" tomato sauce. The calzone was uneatable. I scrapped the sparse innards to try and salvage something to eat. The 7" pizza with sparse pepperoni and sausage, showed 4 slices on the menu. It was more like three bites each. We looked at each other in disbelief. The amount of diners was sparse for good reason. I never leave a bad review of an eating establishment. I just pass on rating it at all. But in good conscience I had to leave this review in hoping that it wakes up the proprietors in making major changes in their food and investment. Cute little pizza spot in downtown St George. My friend and I have been here a few times and it never disappoints. The garlic bread knot sticks are delicious and a nice little pregame before the pizza comes. My friend had a small (7in/4pieces) margarita pizza and he ate it in less than 5 minutes so you know it was good. I ordered a chicken pineapple thin crust in size small (7in/4pieces). My kid loves their apple soda so that's worth a mention. Be mindful, there's no beer on the menu. I think it's a St George thing. Not sure but either way this place is worth a visit. Yummy huge breadsticks, yet pizza was lacking flavor. Alfredo sauce is very bland to taste and needs a lot of salt and red pepper. Gusto pizza was loaded with ingredients which makes it harder to eat yet was very good. Prepare for longer wait during busy hours, but the staff is moving people along pretty well. Disappointed in salad bar - tiny plate was about $5 and included a single trip to the salad bar. None of the dressings were identified though so I had to choose blindly. Overall good place for families, I'd probably take food to go next time and skip the salad, and breadsticks are definitely worth trying read more

They have the twisty breadsticks as you can find at some pizza factories they had a salad bar at this one which was very very good. Had a lot of food. We gotta big table. We were 12 in our group. We went here on the advice of friends/family, and everyone was majorly disappointed. The pizza was cafeteria/high school football game snack bar level... zero seasoning, terrible crust, no taste. Just piles of cheese and a tiny handful of pepperoni. All "cooked" by college kids. This place is only truly fit for little league team parties. My advice? This is one of those places that was recommended to me by local several times. I finally caved and it was... Disappointing. Simply put, everything they make is mediocre. It's not horrible, unless you consider mediocrity to be unacceptable, and considering the price you're paying, then yes it's horrible. It's all passable food, but this is the kind of stuff that you would expect from someone at home throwing in dried noodles into boiling water and pouring cheap store-bought spaghetti sauce over it, trying to mask just how basic and bland it is, and not the kind of food that you would be paying an above average price for. If you like mediocre influence food and don't want to bother taking 10 minutes to make the same food at home with sub par ingredients, then this place might be what you're looking for. We love this place. We've been coming here since 1985. (Our honey moon). Are kids grew up stopping here every time we are in St. George. First place we go to eat. And lots of times it's also the second place we go to. We are keeping the tradition with the grand kids. We all Love it. I'm not sure if it's the food, or the ambience, or just we love the tradition. But our son and daughter in-laws are now on board and love that place also. The salad bar is the best. It has everything and there is ALWAYS an attendant there cleaning, filling, and making sure the salad bar is nice. I normally do not eat salad bars, but this is the one I do. I love their veggie calzones, add Canadian bacon to it and it's perfect. They are also served with the best marinara sauce. We always order their pizzas too. They are always delicious. read more
