We went out of our way to go to this location as they had some special "dumpling squishies" that our teenagers "had to have," as this item was trending on social media. We called ahead and Harmons put two to the side and it's a good thing - when we went by a few hours later, these were the only ones left in stock! We also purchased some snacks for our drive. Staff was friendly, store was clean, and selection on all products was fabulous. I agree with others that this is the best grocery store around and worth a visit if you're in the area.

While the store itself is beautiful, the poor customer service persisted. My husband, who had a full cart including a corn dog, asked an employee in the deli for mustard packets. The employee immediately questioned if my husband was making a purchase. After confirming he was, the deli worker had to ask a woman in the back, who seemed unwilling to provide them. He finally handed over two packets, explaining rudely that people sometimes ask for ten mayonnaise packets. It was an unnecessarily rude interaction over a simple request, and we will not be shopping at Lin's again. We aren't asking for exceptional service, just a baseline of respect and kindness. Personal job dissatisfaction is understandable, but it's unprofessional to let it affect interactions with the public, such individuals should consider roles that don't involve direct customer contact.

Obsolutely the worst landscaping company I've ever seen. They were hired to prune and pull weeds in…read morethe backyard composed a several rose bushes, grasses, and ornamental shrubs. Instead of pruning they just mowed everything down with total disregard for the integrity of needs of each plant. They ripped ornamental alliums up by the roots. They are essentially a "mow and blow" lawn and "yard mowing" company. They don't deserve to be called a landscaping company. I've worked with professional landscapers and pruning specialists and these guys are not trained...at all. Nor, are they supervised. I had to intervene to stop the damage. We live in Paradise Canyon and they turned our small, colorful bird sanctuary into a desert wasteland that will take years to recover. If you value plants and your yard do not use these landscape butchers. They have no respect for plants! I'm 72 years old and have seen beautiful yards in the desert across the southwest. This is absolutely the worst "pruning" job I've ever seen. I'm filing a formal complaint to the homeowners association, the company owner and I'm going to warn our neighbors. What a disaster!
