We LOVE Redstone olive oil and vinegars. We usually go to the Draper store, but stopped in St. George on a recent trip. I would seriously buy the whole store if I could afford it. But, alas, olive oil is extremely expensive and infused olive oils are too! We tried some new flavors and grabbed some of our favorites. My daughter is especially excited to try a new recipe using coconut and pineapple white vinegar. Christopher was exceptionally helpful and gave us a few awesome tips that we'll be using. Fun little shop with a wide variety of flavors. The staff is always willing to help with flavor profiles and you can sample product before making a purchase. The bill can add up fast but you get a discount if you bring back empty bottles. They have more than oil and vinegar too! Pasta, utensils, etc. my last purchase included Herbs De Provence oil, peach white balsamic, and espresso balsamic. The espresso was a great in our pork tenderloin dish while the other two were used in homemade dressings. Enjoy! read more

Free popcorn is provided on which to sample too many types of EVOO and balsamics in a single visit, unless one doesn't mind gorging on olive oils and balsamics. I like the fact that you can practically sample everything in the store before you buy. Next is they offer for example if you were to find a yummy oil but now you want to match it with a vinegar. The sign above it will suggest 2-3 vinegars that would best fit that oil. So now you can go with a sample cup and mix the two together and see if that's the flavor you want. One favorite I like is the combo of blood orange oil and Blenheim vinegar. So good with a little fresh garlic and dip with baguette bread. Yesterday was our first visit. We bought our first oil/vinegar at the fairgrounds. After sampling everything and the employee help us on everything and was very informative we decide on a Tuscan herb oil and a cranberry pear vinegar. They put it into a nice gift bag. Also, they let you bring back the bottles for a 10% discount, so don't throw them away. Bring your empty bottles back and get a discount. read more

I have spent thousands I store and hundreds online over the past 3 years or more but I will never order again as the customer service from owners has been terrible. I placed and order and less than 3 minutes called the store to change one as I knew I already had. The male owner verbatim says " I'll see if I still can change". I am sure the order still hadn't made it to the store when I called as it was literally 3 min. There was also an error in shipping costs etc on my prior order and they made no accommodations at all. I can't say enough about Carole. I have been in the store several times, but over the past 2 maybe 3wks I have worked with specifically Carole because she makes each visit fun and a journey. I like to take my time, and try new items get especially after a long day at work. Well each time I have gone in, she has been the one to help, and now I make sure she is there. I love trying new flavors, and even ones not yet tried or on the "menu" and I have to say, my collection is growing, and my family is loving it! Grilling, sautéing, even fresh veggies and fruit have a new personality, and my chicken is so tender and juicy. Carole is a wonderful asset to the team, and anyone shopping would be lucky to shop with her. She is so fun and thorough. She knows her oils and vinegars. Outstanding oils and balsamics for those with refined tastes. I love that you can sample to find just the right flavors for a particular meal or dressing. I love the spice compilations and sea salt flavors too. The owner was friendly to me. It is kind of pricey if you are used to olive oils from the market, but if you desire that perfect blend for that special meal, this store is a gem. I thought to order online though (due to COVID) and they were going to charge me $10 in shipping of a $16 bottle of oil. Buy at your own risk. We recently purchased 2 containers of Chipotle salsa. Upon returning home we found one had been dropped at the store and the seal had broken, leaving the contents completely rotten. Returning to the store with the receipt, we were told the items were perishable, and all sales were final. They were polite enough to ensure us they would be more careful in the future. read more

The people that work in this store are moronic, and have no personal or salesmanship skills to speak of at all. First off, they have bulk bins full of infused salt, but you can't just by a little bit to try, you have to purchase at least 2oz. I don't want 2oz of salt, I just want a little bit! Why do you have bulk bins full of salt if you don't sell it in bulk? If your sales staff had a clue and would have just sold me some salt, maybe I would have become a loyal customer. But NO. We had 4 families in our group that visited the St George outlets on Memorial Day. We stopped in Redstone Olive Oil to purchase olive oil and vinegar and asked Caitlin, the store assistant, whether there were any specials, Memorial Day sales, or other discounts going on for their traditional products. She replied that there weren't. We purchased over $100 in product, then continued to the next store of interest, the Kitchen Collection. At The Kitchen Collection, the cashier informed us about the Outlet coupon book available for free at the Cowboys & Indians outlet a few doors down. Sure enough, there was a 15% discount coupon for Redstone Olive Oil. We went back to Caitlin and asked if she could apply the discount to the purchase we had made just 10 minutes previously. She replied that she was unable to do so. However, after we contacted the store again the next week, Caitlin very graciously not only applied the discount retroactively, but also was very generous in compensating us for the misunderstanding. I absolutely love this store for its unique gift ideas, delicious free samples and well-trained staff. The people who work at this store are fun and easy to talk to. It's obvious the employees enjoy their jobs and this keeps me coming back. Anytime I need a gift for almost any occasion, my first thought is: Can I pick it up at Redstone Olive Oil? It saves me time too because I know there's always something different and interesting to choose from. The olive oil industry seems a bit tricky to me with all the sneaky additives and different processing procedures. It can be misleading and confusing (I mean, who wants to eat lamp oil, a common additive), but I know at Redstone I don't need to be concerned because they sell only high-quality and nutritious products at fair prices. read more

September 30, 2015 was my first time ever to go into a relative olive oil store it was amazing. If I had my way I would have one of each oil and just experiment so many choices. The salsas are wonderful. The lady working that day was very helpful in picking out things. Plus I put in for the drawing for a free bottle of oil and I won that was definitely a bonus. I will definitely stop on my way through every time.
