Butter and Kalamata olive oil. Can't wait to use the butter in my olive oil cake!!

We LOVE Redstone olive oil and vinegars. We usually go to the Draper store, but stopped in St. George on a recent trip. I would seriously buy the whole store if I could afford it. But, alas, olive oil is extremely expensive and infused olive oils are too! We tried some new flavors and grabbed some of our favorites. My daughter is especially excited to try a new recipe using coconut and pineapple white vinegar. Christopher was exceptionally helpful and gave us a few awesome tips that we'll be using. He was super friendly and knowledgeable! We'll definitely stop by next time we're in town.

This is a rather unique, cool store--specializing in all manner of olive oils, tapenades, salts, and other spices. Free popcorn is provided on which to sample too many types of EVOO and balsamics in a single visit, unless one doesn't mind gorging on olive oils and balsamics. A store employee was friendly and helpful. The olive oils come in three sizes of bottles. After tasting several offerings, Diane and I walked out with two unanimously agreed upon medium-sized (200 ml.) bottles: Redstone Organic Butter Olive Oil and Redstone Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.

I like the fact that you can practically sample everything in the store before you buy. Next is they offer for example if you were to find a yummy oil but now you want to match it with a vinegar. The sign above it will suggest 2-3 vinegars that would best fit that oil. So now you can go with a sample cup and mix the two together and see if that's the flavor you want. One favorite I like is the combo of blood orange oil and Blenheim vinegar. So good with a little fresh garlic and dip with baguette bread. Yesterday was our first visit. We bought our first oil/vinegar at the fairgrounds. After sampling everything and the employee help us on everything and was very informative we decide on a Tuscan herb oil and a cranberry pear vinegar. They put it into a nice gift bag. Also, they let you bring back the bottles for a 10% discount, so don't throw them away. Bring your empty bottles back and get a discount.

My father in law and I both got the spaghetti. It tasted homemade, sauce was good. My father in law said he thought the noodles tasted a bit weird. I chalked it up to just being homemade, I thought they were good but ‍. The real winner was the pizza my son got. He just wanted ham. Everything about the pizza was good, sauce, cheese, crust. All good and I would definitely go back for the pizza in the future. Unfortunately I don't remember our servers name but he was great. Very polite and attentive.

The manager greeted us and showed us their salad bar and gelato areas. A cool Vespa hangs over the salad bar. There were four flavors of gelato. They have at least ten different flavors of pizza and several salad options. We love their salad bar for only $5. The items were fresh and there was a good variety of dressings. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms plus sausage and onions on one side; it was prepared as ordered. They have plenty of tables in two different areas. Great selection of drinks in a machine. They have a lunch special with personal sized pizzas. Lots of parking in a good location near the movie theaters. We will be back!

My ONLY GRIPE was the service, it was hard to get a drink refill or anything that wasn't food. Food was well-seasoned and portions were perfect, not so much that you question your life choices, and not too little that you're left saying "bruh". The foods, spinach and artichoke dip, stuffed shells, fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, blackened chicken carbonara, and tortellini with parm crusted chicken. Best bite was the blackened chicken carbonara, the heavily seasoned chicken breast with the creamy carbonara was the perfect mix. The spinach and artichoke dip was also pretty good, heavy handed on the garlic but tasty. Oh! The fresh free bread with the olive oil and balsamic on the table *might* fill you up before the meal, it was a good starter. The desserts tiramisu and crème brûlée, tiramisu was ok, quite boozy. And the crème brûlée was a little on the soft side but the brûlée topping was still nice and crackly. Overall, will be back for the food, I think I'm good on the desserts.

It was my first time so I'm not sure if you always have to make a reservation ahead of time for that big of a party! The environment was awesome! There was natural sunlight coming through, the tables and chairs were vintage and fun, and our waitress was amazing! We were constantly checked in on for refills, service, etc. I was very impressed with this place! I am a seafood lover so of course I had to get the seafood linguini, it was the right amount of lemons, cheese, and seafood. You get a side salad with your plate, I asked for the chimichurri dressing (no regrets)! The salad and dressing tasted so fresh ‍ The rest of my party got the black angus flat iron and loved it!

We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived, the ambiance is amazing inside an old building, well lit. We ordered seafood scampi and chicken Marsala. The Marsala came with mashed potatoes that are AMAZING, I mean I love mashed potatoes but honestly these were incredible. My Marsala was a tad lacking on flavor but was still delicious. I ate all of it. My other half preferred the scampi which was boasting with all kinds of seafood he almost licked the plate clean. Waitress was prompt, friendly, fun. The place was getting busy for a midweek dining experience but did not lack anything. Saw some friendly faces we knew that were also eating there. Highly recommend this place, lots of choices. I will be trying the steak on our next visit! It looked amazing and so many people were ordering it. Go there eat inside or outside, enjoy some wine and bread while you're waiting for your meal.

It was not crowded because it has passed lunch hours. The place is like any pizza parlors with more high tables a few standard height on the sides and front. The flooring seemed untidy. But overall it was cozy and relaxing. We noticed that there were a few businessmen dining. Apparently there are 2 conventions going on. We got seated right away and our server, Cassandra welcomed us with a big smile. She introduced herself and apparently she is from South Dakota and just started there two weeks go. She gave us all the info on their wood fired pizzas and made some suggestions. She observed that my husband and I have different tastes so she recommended to order half/half which was a great idea. My hubby opted for the spicy one for half and ordered my side to have artichoke and added mushrooms. She forewarned us that their salads are huge good for 4 people but it did not discourage us to order. Glad I did order as the Caesar's salad was fresh, crisp with lots of Parmesan shavings and the dressing was perfect. It tasted like it has a hint of anchovies which we love. By the time we were done with the salad, the pizza came and it was delicious! The red sauce topping was perfectly spiced and the white sauce topping on my side was flavorful. I normally like my pizza crust crispy but since it's oven fired, it was just as good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was amazing and we will definitely go back the next time we are in town.
