Butter and Kalamata olive oil. Can't wait to use the butter in my olive oil cake!!
Rachel D.

We LOVE Redstone olive oil and vinegars. We usually go to the Draper store, but stopped in St. George on a recent trip. I would seriously buy the whole store if I could afford it. But, alas, olive oil is extremely expensive and infused olive oils are too! We tried some new flavors and grabbed some of our favorites. My daughter is especially excited to try a new recipe using coconut and pineapple white vinegar. Christopher was exceptionally helpful and gave us a few awesome tips that we'll be using. He was super friendly and knowledgeable! We'll definitely stop by next time we're in town.

This is a rather unique, cool store--specializing in all manner of olive oils, tapenades, salts, and other spices. Free popcorn is provided on which to sample too many types of EVOO and balsamics in a single visit, unless one doesn't mind gorging on olive oils and balsamics. A store employee was friendly and helpful. The olive oils come in three sizes of bottles. After tasting several offerings, Diane and I walked out with two unanimously agreed upon medium-sized (200 ml.) bottles: Redstone Organic Butter Olive Oil and Redstone Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.

I like the fact that you can practically sample everything in the store before you buy. Next is they offer for example if you were to find a yummy oil but now you want to match it with a vinegar. The sign above it will suggest 2-3 vinegars that would best fit that oil. So now you can go with a sample cup and mix the two together and see if that's the flavor you want. One favorite I like is the combo of blood orange oil and Blenheim vinegar. So good with a little fresh garlic and dip with baguette bread. Yesterday was our first visit. We bought our first oil/vinegar at the fairgrounds. After sampling everything and the employee help us on everything and was very informative we decide on a Tuscan herb oil and a cranberry pear vinegar. They put it into a nice gift bag. Also, they let you bring back the bottles for a 10% discount, so don't throw them away. Bring your empty bottles back and get a discount.

My father in law and I both got the spaghetti. It tasted homemade, sauce was good. My father in law said he thought the noodles tasted a bit weird. I chalked it up to just being homemade, I thought they were good but ‍. The real winner was the pizza my son got. He just wanted ham. Everything about the pizza was good, sauce, cheese, crust. All good and I would definitely go back for the pizza in the future. Unfortunately I don't remember our servers name but he was great. Very polite and attentive.

The manager greeted us and showed us their salad bar and gelato areas. A cool Vespa hangs over the salad bar. There were four flavors of gelato. They have at least ten different flavors of pizza and several salad options. We love their salad bar for only $5. The items were fresh and there was a good variety of dressings. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms plus sausage and onions on one side; it was prepared as ordered. They have plenty of tables in two different areas. Great selection of drinks in a machine. They have a lunch special with personal sized pizzas. Lots of parking in a good location near the movie theaters. We will be back!

We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived, the ambiance is amazing inside an old building, well lit. We ordered seafood scampi and chicken Marsala. The Marsala came with mashed potatoes that are AMAZING, I mean I love mashed potatoes but honestly these were incredible. My Marsala was a tad lacking on flavor but was still delicious. I ate all of it. My other half preferred the scampi which was boasting with all kinds of seafood he almost licked the plate clean. Waitress was prompt, friendly, fun. The place was getting busy for a midweek dining experience but did not lack anything. Saw some friendly faces we knew that were also eating there. Highly recommend this place, lots of choices. I will be trying the steak on our next visit! It looked amazing and so many people were ordering it. Go there eat inside or outside, enjoy some wine and bread while you're waiting for your meal.

Hands down my favorite place we ate in Cedar City!!…read more What we ordered: Arugula Salad ($14 / with chicken $19): Arugula tossed with house made lemon basil vinaigrette and finished with thin sliced prosciutto and shaved parmesan cheese. - So light and refreshing with absolutely incredible dressing! Calabrese & Sausage Pizza ($19): Hand crushed tomato sauce, aged mozzarella, house made fennel sausage & creminelli calabrese. Pollo Bianco Pizza ($18): aged fontina and parmesan cheese, red onion, toasted pistachio nuts, wood roasted chicken and fresh rosemary. Portion sizes were generous, service was incredible, and food was delicious! Couldn't recommend more!

I came with a group of…read morefriends and we ordered two wood fired pizzas and two large salads with several adult beverages. I ordered the Fennel Sausage Pizza, which came with "Hand crushed tomato sauce, house made fennel sausage, aged and smoked mozzarella, parmigiano-reggiano." (Centro Woodfired Pizzeria, 2026). It was a delicious pizza. The crust was very well made with a light crispiness and a good chew. The sauce offered a great balance between acidity and sweetness. The fennel sausage was good, but it was noticeably missing that great fennel flavor. It was very subtle and missing the actual fennel seeds in the sausage, that I am accustomed too. Overall, it was a great pizza and I would order it again. The arugula salad that I ordered was on point. It came with a generous amount of fresh arugula, shaved Parmesan cheese, sliced prosciutto, and a delicious house made lemon basil vinaigrette. All the flavors played well together. I liked that they did not over dress the salad, which allowed the other flavors to independently shine. I would certainly order this salad again. My friends ordered the Gorgonzola Salad, which was also great. They certainly did not hold back on the cheese and bacon. They also ordered a custom pie. They loved it. The service was quite welcoming and amiable. I liked the conversation and positive attitudes of the employees. They offer comfortable inside seating. This place is definitely worth the visit when one is in town.
