At first glance it seems like a decent place. Very modern decor and pleasant outdoor patio area. My wife and I placed an order for pickup. After receiving our food, which was 3 different pizzas and a cheese bread (crosta), I was underwhelmed at the food we were given. The pizzas are so small! They are all basically personal pizzas and way too overpriced for what you're given. I had to pay almost $3 for a side of marinara sauce to eat with my dry cheese bread. The customer service wasn't even worth the trouble of overpriced tiny pizzas. Just not pleasant. I won't be returning. read more

For today's lunch I had the Catania salad, which was fresh, abundant, flavorful and filling. So much going on in that bowl that I just skipped the dressing and never missed it. This place has a crisp, fresh atmosphere, good music, fast, friendly service and fair pricing. They also have a nice, sheltered patio dining space. The dining room was clean and well-maintained. The Caprese salad had nice thick slices of mozzarella, the tomato slices were paper thin couldn't taste them. The delivery wasn't in a warmer and the pizza was cold. I really liked this place! We stopped on our way through St George and I loved the lemon theme on most of the food, very Italian actually. Salerno and Almafi Coast does a lot with lemon and I thought this SW pizza place did a nice job incorporating it into their menu. I got a caprese pizza and a yummy salad with blackberries, shaved parm, red onion and a delicious lemon vinaigrette. Hubs got a pizza (I can't remember the name) which he said was pretty good (he's a pizza critic on the side;) . I ordered the Pizza Limone because I really like lemon slices on sushi and somehow thought that was a similar comparison. The shop was empty when I got there and it didn't take too long for my order to come out. The pizza could've been cooked a tad more since not all the cheese melted, but this pizza was so delicious that I could've eaten the entire pie. Multiple cheeses, sliced lemons (although I did take some off since it was a bit strong with that much lemon), onions, olive oil...it was simple and so tasty. Ok, so the pizza here is excellent, their Pera pizza is amazing. But i've had so many negative experiences (on multiple occasions) with the customer service at this particular location and so have friends of mine who Have said the same thing to me. There are some of the employees working that are very rude, and some that are very cool. However the rudeness outweighs everything and makes me not want to return as a customer. The owner or manager really needs to fix this. I have to give two stars because this is a real problem and you're losing customers over it.
