We had already finished our meal and paid the check and were simply enjoying coffee while catching up with friends we hadn't seen in quite some time. We happily left and were gracious about the request. We understand there were several parties waiting, although from our table in the back corner we couldn't really see the crowd, and there had been plenty of open tables when we arrived. Even so, being asked to leave after only about an hour felt rushed and took away from what brunch is often about, relaxing and enjoying good company. I understand restaurants need to turn tables during busy times, but unless there's a posted seating limit, being asked to leave so soon wasn't something I've experienced before. It left us feeling like the focus had shifted from hospitality to table turnover. If you were to ask me about returning it would be a meh for me...food just ok and an inability to visit which is ultimately why we were there. With all of the brunch spots in the area, there are many others I'd recommend over this one. The sauce was very thin and to the point of almost being nonexistent. The meatballs were very stingy as if they were trying to increase their margins by short serving a basic pizza. Overall, it was very dry and lacking of any discernible taste. No doubt because it sat in the kitchen for quite awhile, given the unusual duration that it took for our food to show up. I've had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store. It was a very dry and disappointing for something that used to be overloaded with flavor, sauce and meatball chunks. It was a marked contrast from when we had been here a year ago. What used to be a regular go to has turned into a sad disappointment. I'm putting it down to perhaps they had an off night. But we're not in a hurry to come back anytime soon to see if that was the case.

They have a good selection of drinks and a small selection of pastries. There are plenty of areas to sit, a restroom and merchandise from local businesses for sale. I had their London fog tea with their blueberry muffin. The London fog tea was delicious and the blueberry muffin was flavorful and dense. Our barista shared information about Clieu Coffee as well as mentioned there was pottery from a local artist for sale. I purchased some simple and lovely pieces for my space for a great price. Clieu Coffee has a couple of spots in the front of the shop and more towards the side of the coffeeshop. I look forward to my next visit.
