This place is small with a very small Menu.....the food was amazing! Exceptionally good. We shared family style, salmon , trumpet mushroom and a big salad that was not on menu. Also a quail appetizer. Everything was fresh with interesting combinations! Very accommodating ! Give them a try.

I ate dinner here and insisted on returning every night of our ski vacation. Other places unseen, I was convinced The Divy was the best food and I DESERVED it. Not cheap, but WELL worth the quality dining experience. This is a romantic place considering the quality and foody discussions with the server. TRUST me you want to ask about the food. Your server is likely to be one of the owners -- Kaitlin. Along with the other owners, cooks, Dave and Andrew they are PASSIONATE about the sources of their food and wine (beer too). They obviously LOVE what they are serving. They are a bottomless source of information about everything they offer. While offerring fine dining in a casual atmosphere, The Divy also offers a reasonably priced healthy lunch, worthy of a daily habit. Apres ski, YOU DESERVE, The Divy.

visited Crested Butte and found them through Yelp. got a little lost finding my way there but we called for help and they gave us really good directions and even came outside to find us! got the fries, bulgogi tacos, korean fried chicken, and mushroom risotto. everything was seasoned very well. not the usual spices i expect for korean inspired food, but still great nonetheless.

OMG!!! This place is unreal. The fried chicken dinner was off the hook good. The service is top notch, beer selection is good. Even something as simple as a homemade vinaigrette was perfect. These guys love what they do and it shows!!!

Too busy to take customers; many tables empty. Unfortunately we were not able to try the food. We won't attempt it again.

Just the most amazing food and drink on the mountain. The drinks are creative and on point. The food is spectacular. Pot Toast is the bomb.

I learned about Mindful Roots when Carrie catered an event with jackfruit chili and all the fixings. It was *the best* chili I've ever had. Soooo many vegetables!! I decided to start ordering delivery from Carrie because I realized that my typical millennial diet (charcuterie) was not serving me and that I'd probably get scurvy. With grocery costs going up and fatigue at the end of the day, I just never found myself wanting to cook. The meals are soooo delicious and way better than what I could prepare on my own for three cost or with my skill set Overall, I totally 100% recommend checking out mindful roots because it's not only great food/quality, but we are supporting a local business! And we're helping by not consuming meat all the time do not miss out on the amazing oatmeals, they are superb!! Like dessert for breakfast (but healthy!)

I understand the need for paying the bills while the season is going on, but there's no need to charge $50 or more for a crappy t-shirt! The Mountain Store is very reasonably priced, well organized, with a large selection of soft goods, hats, scarfs, t-shirts, and other gifts or memorabilia for your memories. The lady who works there was wonderful and has a great sense of humor (she didn't seem to want to kick me out at any time which is impressive!). She was also very helpful getting me hooked up with a new leather hat. The hat is very well made and good quality, other stores in town wanted hundreds of dollars more for essentially the same hat as the $50 one I bought. The ladies bought t-shirts, shot glasses and other gifts for friends back home at equally good values. I really don't mind paying a little more from a local business especially in a ski resort town but most of the stores I visited left me feeling financially impaled. I didn't see anything in The Mountain Store that was overpriced or gave me a"gouged" sensation.

Super friendly service and very accommodating for my no dairy requirements. I had the veggie burger, which was probably the best veggie burger I've ever had. This thing was so fresh tasting, there's no way it was prepared from being frozen. Full of quinoa, corn, etc. super duper delicious remoulade on a really good gourmet bun. Of course, I forgot to take a pic, but, I did manage to document my eating mates selections. See those pics - albeit, half eaten. Upgrade your order to the sweet potato tots, don't even hesitate, they're healthy and come with a mustard seed aioli sauce that makes the whole meal 360 degrees of scrumptiousness. I wish I had room in my pie hole for the donut ice cream sandwich - my only regret. Go off your intended route to try this place. McDonald's and Taco Bell don't need you. There's lovely tables and chairs under the trees that are clean and stocked with napkins and hand sanitizer. A really nice break in our trip!

They have a nice sized patio area with about 7 spaced out tables and a couple of chairs for the to go orders. There is a huge pine tree for shade as well. Simple menu written on a chalk board because it varies daily. The prices seem appropriate for a quality food truck and for the area as well. I was already debating the Philly or the shrimp poboy depending on what they had and it turned out to be the poboy. Order didn't take long and then my huge sandwich arrived. It came with a small bag of chips, but the sandwich itself is huge and loaded. The sandwich is on a soft hogie rather than the traditional french type of bread, but it's delicious and fresh . The shrimp (plump, perfectly cooked and plenty) is in a kind of dark cajun remoulade mixed with bacon and sauteed onions with multi colored bell peppers. Oh, and it has lettuce so you don't feel bad about eating it all in one sitting! :) Overall, I loved it! Bursting with flavor in every bite! Felt more like a Cajun shrimp Philly minus the cheese. Only if I was to be the one to name it of course! There is no such thing as a shrimp Philly though...yet! Oh, and ask for a fork or to have them cut it in half or you will be using way more napkins than necessary! ;-) Met Kevin, ones of the owners and he was very nice and easy to talk to. Nice place to stop if you are passing through or if you are a local, what are you waiting for!? Try them out before they go on their winter vacation! :) Or just make sure you try them out when you get a chance. They'll be back. I hope!
