They came out quickly, spent days drying out the water, moving appliances out and packing up my belongings. The packers did an amazing job making sure that my items were packed neatly, my christmas tree wrapped and stored in the christmas tree bag, my clothes in wardrobe boxes, the mattresses covered and protected. Within a matter of minutes I was homeless and stressed none the less. 24Restech made the process easier and provided relief by storing the contents of my condo in their storage facility. I was provided with an inventory list of my items that included photos. Once I was secured in a new place I coordinated with the office Manager Cynthia to retrieve my belongings. She was kind, professional and patient. My items were delivered to me the day after my request. Everything was in tact. The techs that made the delivery were efficient, fast and professional. Should I ever find myself in a similar situation I would without a doubt use this company again as well as refer them. 10/10, I would recommend.

We originally just wanted insulation blown over what we had, but decided after…read moreseeing the amount of dirt, old animal debris, missing insects and lack of sealing of holes and areas we would have it all removed and replaced. $$$ but so well done! I went up and checked before, during and post work and we are so pleased. We are now properly vented and have airflow, have all areas sealed, vent fans sealed correctly and enough insulation. It took only about an hour for the estimate, including the 1/2 hour the gentleman took to write it up and provide photos, work to be done and costs (in a color pamphlet!). He also reviewed what was found and what work should be done and why. We were really impressed. The actual work was scheduled week later and took 2 days (did not take an entire day each day). They were quick, clean, put up plastic barriers to protect the walls, house and floor. No leakage of any debris or old soiled insulation occurred. 10/10 would hire again. Note: they took care if the PSE rebates and were recommended by PSE.

The proposal itself already included a clause stating the work would be considered partial remediation with no warranty attached, so liability concerns had already been addressed in writing. Instead of adjusting the scope, the company withdrew the proposal and sent an email suggesting my request to remove those additional items were "demands." Based on my experience, be very clear about scope and expectations before requesting a proposal from this company. They will scope creep on you.
