I took a bridesmaids dress that I ordered "custom made" online to Sabrina and her mom after reading what seems like a hundred reviews online--yelpers did not disappoint and neither did Sabrina and her mother. The dress was too big, in too many places! The first alterations shop I took the dress too told me it was gonna cost me near the price that I paid for the dress to get all the alterations that I needed for it to fit properly. I decided to wait and see if I could somehow pin the dress up and around me to fit better in order to save me some money. Obviously that wasn't going to work, nor did it. After some research, I found Divine! here on yelp and decided to inquire through email about setting up an appointment to have it looked at by someone else. Sabrina and her mom work from home and I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in and was greeted by name. I tried on my dress and it was agreed-- something had to be done! After discussing with her mom, and pinning the dress in all the right places, Sabrina offered me the price to fix it. I was sold! She even offered to take the lace trip at the bottom off by hand and reattach it so I wouldn't lose it when she hemmed it and so it would still match the other bridesmaid dresses! (the other alterations shop told me they wouldn't be able to save the trim). I was back with my dress and trying it on in 2 weeks and it fit PERFECTLY! Not only was I extremely happy, but after sending you photos to my bride, she was so grateful that my dress was one less thing she had to worry about. Everyone is happy! I didn't have to spend a fortune on what seemed like an impossible task with everything that needed fixing. Sabrina listened to my needs and wants and executed perfectly! I would not only recommend her to others, but I plan to use her service for my bridal alterations next year for my wedding! Sabrina and her mom ROCK! Thanks so much ladies! read more

Sabrina and her mother went above and beyond for my wedding dress. I also referred my mother and 1 of my bridesmaids here. They are beyond helpful and no words can express how grateful I am to have found her. The shop where I bought my dress referred me to her and they were fabulous. I got so many comments on how great my dress not only looked, but fit on me. Thanks Sabrina! read more

I had some alterations done on my wedding dress and I am 100% satisfied. Sabrina is absolutely amazing at what she does. Everything is perfect. She is a very busy lady but makes a sure she takes time to listen and accommodate everyone's needs. Watching her with the other brides has been a pleasure as well. The turn around was very quick and for all that way done the price is well worth it. Divine is the place if you need any alternations. read more

I started working with Sabrina years ago and when she moved 12 miles away I packed my tailoring needs up and moved with them. She is not the cheapest but, she always delivers ever-time ON Time. This review was long due, I got married on August 2018, because I didn't have much money for the wedding, I bought a $300 dress from China. I took it to other alterations place which didn't do much, and as the big date got closer, I decided to try Divine! Best decision ever, prices are very affordable, they always had the dress ready for the fitting and they are very knowledgeable. They made my $300 dress look much better! I also took a short dress for the after party which needed more complex alterations, they put the dress apart, and put it back together and it looked awesome. Couple of months ago, I took another dress for a fitting, and they were able to do it in less than a week. I love this place, Ill never go to any other alterations place!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina! She was recommended to me by the place I bought my wedding dress (Amour Bridal) & I was really nervous because it is the ONLY dress I loved after going to 4 different boutiques. It was a size 14 and I'm a 00. Sabrina was a GOD SEND. She loves her job & it shows. There were times when I thought my dress was done and she would be the one to say, but its not perfect and have me come back for another fitting after tweaking something & to my surprise it would make ALL the difference! I was amazed by her skill & her passion and her ability to take a size 14 wedding dress to fit my child like body. Her prices are also incredibly fair! She will be my go to for all dress and skirt alterations in the future! read more

Sabrina and her mom did an incredible job putting my wedding dress together! I bought a dress off the rack that was 2 sizes too big, too long, and missing a zipper. The price of all of these alterations was amazing! Sabrina helped me get the alterations done on a short time-line too. Sabrina did such a great job with ease that I she hemmed some lined work slacks for me as well. I was incredibly happy with the results and feel blessed that I was able to find Sabrina and her mom. I hope the picture attaches so you can see the final product....I really should have taken a before picture as well so you could see how she fixed it! Please use this family, they are wonderful!!! read more

I used Divine for my wedding dress and had an amazing experience. The shop where I got my wedding dress recommended about 4 alteration places and this was one of them. Out of all the recommended shops, divine had the best reviews specifically for wedding dresses. I had 3 or 4 fittings and each one went great. The women working there were very sweet and happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use them again for any alteration needs! read more

LOVE this place. I've been in several different weddings as a bridesmaid, and when I found Sabrina, I haven't gone anywhere else. Very friendly, prompt, fantastic pricing, and amazing work. read more

I was recommended by a couple of ladies from my workplace to come here to get my wedding dress altered. I had a David Tutera dress with tons of lace and beading. I had to have it hemmed about 2 or 3 inches on the length, cups put in, bustle, added some more tulle to the inside, and a little taken in around the bust area. All this in only 2 months till wedding. Normally you would begin alterations like this 6 months to a year ish before the wedding. Sabrina and her staff were able to help me out and not break my bank (Less than $750). My dress was ready the week before my wedding and it looked amazing!! She was able to carefully take off lace and beading and put it back into place. I couldn't even tell it had been removed. My dress also fit much better than expected. Never had to pull it up once! she definitely made my wedding memorable and everyone commented on how it fit me. Plus, I even was able to get my veil from her for $82.00 and it was beautiful!! Much better than me paying 300 + elsewhere for a finger tip length veil. She also does all sorts of work from clothing to upholstery. read more

Sabrina and her mother are amazing at making any dress or gown fit perfectly, and still keep every detail the same. I'll definitely will be returning! I drove all the way from Lago Vista, as our seamstress told me she could not alter my dress. My dress fits like a glove! Very professional, eager, and quick to help! I highly suggest this place as I haven't find a single Seamstrees to trust anywhere near me. You won't be disappointed by stopping by this gem that is hidden. :) read more

Sabrina is wonderful. She is sweet and kind to all her customers, and makes sure that you are happy with your final product. She is extremely transparent about the cost of each alteration, so I was not surprised with any final bills. I think her prices are just a teeny tiny bit above average for alterations, but it is well worth it. I had 4-5 fittings and each one was perfect. She made sure I was happy and communicated exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend. read more

We were so impressed with the outcome of our wedding outfits! My suit fit like a glove, and my fiancee's wedding dress was perfect! She is busty and Sabrina was able to make the top part of the dress compliment her body. Thank you for helping us make our wedding day so special! read more

I chose to use Divine based on the reviews that I read on Yelp. I was not disappointed. Sabrina and her mom operate out of her home. They do quality work and provide a personal touch and care that is hard to find anymore. She really wants to get it right fr you. You might have to wait a little -- this is not a mass production shop -- but you will not be disappointed. read more

Sabrina and her mother are Wonderful! My daughter does pageants and she knows how picky I am about her dresses. All the dresses I've brought to her have turned out perfect! Her attention to detail is exquisite! I would not go anywhere else for my alterations. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Sabrina and her mother were amazing. I brought in a bridesmaid dress that was entirely too big and way too long. I went in on a Wednesday evening (they have evening and weekend hours!) and the dress was finished by the following Friday. They listened to what I wanted, and were very sweet. My husband also brought them a jacket and a pair of pants, and they did an equally good job on those. I was worried about the price, because I knew that the dress needed a lot of work. But, the price was extremely fair. I will be back to Divine for sure! read more

Wonderful experience!! I was so worried brining in an Indian gown and she was so experienced. Perfect!

I had my mother of the bride dress altered here in August. I am super impressed with the customer service as well as with the speed at which my alterations were made. The team at Divine is experienced and has a very quick turn around. I was very happy. read more

Sabrina and her mother are *phenomenal*!!!! I came in for wedding gown alterations thinking I just needed my hem trimmed, and a bustle attached. They quoted me a ridiculously cheap price (less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere) but then something magical happened. Sabrina's mother (I'm sorry I don't remember her name if it was given to me) proceeded to pin and tuck the gown all over, by the time she was done it looked like it was custom made for me, and having ordered a dress off the rack that's technically tailored for a much different body type.. This lady worked a friggin miracle! In total they shortened the straps, pulled in the bodice, tightened the bustline, fixed a bump, added a bustle button and hook, and hemmed four layers of fabric, including chiffon (with chiffon train). Her work was flawless and unbelievably fast. All the work was done within two weeks. I can't recommend this business enough!!!! read more

I made the best decision by deciding to come to Divine instead of where I purchased my dress. THANK YOU! read more

Sabrina & her mother did a wonderful alteration on my wedding gown. They were determined to make it fit me perfectly & not afraid to make additional alterations after the first fitting. They absolutely succeeded! Thank you!! Highly recommend!! read more

Sabrina and her mother did a wonderful job on my rush order. I got my dress late, so had to ask them to rush on my half. They altered the bottom of my dress and added a bustle. The dress was 7 layers so I knew it'd be a lot of work, but they finished it in a week for me. They are super busy!! But, are organized and get done what you need. The rush fee was super reasonable and the bustle turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, my Husband busted the button off by continually stepping on my dress. But, it was beautiful while it lasted. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Divine! Sabrina and her mom made a pretty major change to my wedding dress; in addition to a standard hem alteration, they changed the zip up back to a corset back. My dress looks flawless--if you didn't know any better, you 'd have thought the dress just came this way. I am thrilled with how it looks, and will be bringing all of my alterations to Divine in the future! read more

They had tips and ideas to make my wedding dress fit perfectly. I had to go down 2 sizes on the top and they made it fit just right. The bustle made the buttons down the back of my dress flow just right and they made hooks to hide my bra to keep it from peeking out the back of the dress. They know what they're doing and do it well. Very friendly, expedient and I'm going back! I'd prefer to go here over the big bridal gown store chains. She had my dress done in 2 weeks and it needed a quick tweak and they ran in the back and did it right then and there. GREAT! read more

I have been using Divine! for several years now. I recently found out I was pregnant before my wedding. Sabrina and Nidia did a FANTASTIC job altering my dress to fit perfectly with my growing belly. Sabrina and her mother are fantastic. I had three fittings total for my wedding dress, and they altered it beautifully. My dress had some intricate lacework and they hemmed it in such a way that you couldn't even tell it had been worked on. They were so nice and simply pleasant to work with. I would recommend them highly to anyone in the area - I trusted them so much with my beautiful dress. read more

Sabrina and her mom are the best! I took my wedding dress to Divine! for alterations and couldn't have been happier with the service, quality, speed and price. The ladies are incredibly sweet and truly care about their customers, not to mention they are GREAT at what they do. My dress was perfect in my first fitting and I got to take it home right then and there. I couldn't believe how quick of a turnaround they had, and their work is beautiful. I can't even tell where they took the dress in and they expertly disguised my bustle hooks within the design of the dress. Sabrina also gave me great tips for caring for and wearing my dress. I highly, highly recommend them. We'll definitely be doing all of our future alterations with Divine! read more

I am seriously impressed by these ladies! I brought in 2 dresses (same dress, 2 different sizes), thinking one was too big and the other too small. She spent time pinning the larger dress and then I showed her the smaller one to compare. She gave me her honest opinion that the smaller dress fit me much better and that all I likely needed to do was wear it around the house for an hour or so and it would stretch out just enough to be perfect. So I left without needing any alterations, but she has earned my business! She could have so easily just not said anything and taken the alterations job on the larger dress, but she didn't. She has my respect, and I will be back to bring any future alterations I need to her! read more

Five stars all the way! I have worked with Sabrina and Nidia on numerous interior projects. I also have many friends who have used their service for clothing/gown alterations. On a side note, I sent the owners of Truluck's to Divine, when they needed all of their outdoor furniture recovered. Once again, everything turned out perfect! read more

Sabrina and her mother are simply wonderful. They made me feel comfortable even though I'm a plus size bride and their prices were more than fair.
