A. M. A. Z. I. N. G. Came to divine to have a bridesmaid dress altered. Didn't realize that since I needed both the length adjusted as well as the top that it would take 2 appointments. I was panicked because I was short on time as the wedding was out of state. The staff was so kind and helpful and worked quickly to make sure that I would have my dress in time. Def coming back for anytime I nee alterations! read more

Took my dress here for alterations and they did a wonderful job. Can't wait to use them in the future. It was last minute but she accommodated me with no problems at all. read more

Thank you so much Sabrina and team!! My wedding dress needed quite a few alterations with not much time to get it done. They fit me in right away and promised that my dress would be done before my wedding date. Not only was it before they said but she worked so efficiently with me at 3 appointments. She is quick and knows exactly what she is doing! Thank you again for making my dream dress fit so perfectly! read more

I ordered my wedding dress from an Etsy shop overseas and it was beautiful, but it didn't quite fit. With less than 2 months till my wedding date, many shops wouldn't take me but Divine rebuilt the back of my dress so it fit perfectly and had it to me before my wedding. It was so affordable and looked gorgeous. I will be recommending them to any bride getting married! read more

I found Divine via Google and then checked out all the reviews on Yelp. Their reviews were very positive that I decided to have them alter not one but my 2 wedding dresses. Sabrina and her team not only did an amazing job but provided extra ideas, were very friendly and time efficient. I've been going to them since then and I highly recommend them for all alterations. They are truly awesome. They are like they say Divine!!!! Thank you again Sabrina!! read more

Sabrina was awesome! Very on top of everything and reasonably priced. Wish I had gotten my wedding dress altered here. Will definitely use her again for bridesmaid dresses or anything else that needs tailoring. read more

I found Divine through Yelp and am so glad I went with them! My wedding was a few months away and the only alterations I needed were to have my dress bustled. I called Divine for a quote and set up an appointment right away. I had a great experience. Everyone here is friendly, the work is beautiful, and FAST! They had my dress back to me in about two days. FYI they are cash only. read more

Sabrina! What an incredible lady and wonderful seamstress. She did a perfect job on my wedding dress and made sure I had it on time. Not only that but she was so much fun to work with. She was sweet and personable, and she made the process "seamless." On top of the amazing job she did on my dress, my husband (then fiance) needed his pants hemmed at the last minute. She got him in and fixed up with barely any notice. Sabrina is worth every penny. read more

Sabrina made sure my wedding dress was perfect! Picking up on every little detail before I even knew it was an issue, she made sure to point out anything that might be a problem I hadn't even considered yet. I can't wait to take any of my dresses back here! read more

My daughters wedding dress was very intricate lace and I was worried about the alterations, but Divine did an amazing job! I cannot wait to send pictures from the wedding for all to see what an amazing job they did. read more

They are reasonable, affordable, and have the most quality work I've ever seen! Had a dress that was a size 8 but my girlfriends up top are a size 6 (but of course! ) and because of the straps, somehow, someway they worked their magic and made a $200 dress fit! I love them so much that I'll be scheduling to get my wedding dress fitted by then SOON! read more

Very nice people... however I had to tell them multiple times the fixes I wanted, and it took a few visits for them to be done. Attempted to "stretch" my dress, which did nothing. Had to sew the belt on my wedding dress multiple times, in the end it was crooked and was tacked on in 3 places, not completely sewn on. Loose strings we had to clean up the day before the wedding. I asked for the sheer parts of the dress to have panels (that came with the dress) sewn in, they were only half sew in and wrinkled. Took a total of 5 visits for the alterations to be "done", and I realized they were only half done later. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

Very helpful and straight forward with costs and alterations. Cost is also very reasonable!

Thank you Divine! My sister had a bad experience with the infamous Davids Bridal, so I knew I would want to look elsewhere for my wedding dress alterations. I absolutely loved my experience getting my wedding dress alterations here. The ladies did a wonderful job, listened to my concerns, and I really trusted that they would do a great job in time. I'm a big busted lady and bought a strapless dress. I was pretty worried about getting it altered correctly, but they made the dress fit in a way that it stayed up the whole night! Several of my bridesmaids got simple fixes and I was impressed by the quick work and pricing. Thank you Divine, I'll be back when I need anything else tailored or altered in a heartbeat. read more

I purchased my gown at well known bridal store and was shocked when I found out what their alteration prices were! I had also began to read many horror stories about the work they had done at this location in particular. Since I had waited until the last minute to purchase my gown (and with only a month left before the wedding) I was in a panic as to where I take my gown to be altered in such a short amount of time. I'm not from here, so I was clueless as to where else I should go. After reading the reviews on Divine, I decided to go with my gut and give Sabrina a call. I am so glad I did! She and her mother did and amazing job on the gown! Not only did they take up the hemline, but basically took the entire dress in from top to bottom. The quality is flawless, and the price was a fraction of what I would have paid at the bridal store. To top it off, they were both extremely nice and accommodating with fitting times. I really can't say enough good things about them. Thank you! read more

Sabrina and her mom did an amazing job hemming my wedding gown! It was a ball gown with a modern cathedral-length train. I bought my gown at a national bridal store and did not have it altered at the store since they charge an arm and a leg for alterations. I found Divine on yelp and decided to trust them with my wedding gown. I am glad I did! I needed my dress within a week and Sabrina and her mom were able to do it for me at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the work they did on my gown, the length was perfect! On top of that, they are such nice people, I am taking my clothes to them for alterations from now on. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! I should have left this review quite awhile ago, but better late than never, I suppose! I was both a bride and a bridesmaid in April of 2015, as my best friend and I got married within a week of one another. I had a pretty tight budget to work with, so I ended up getting both dresses used and in need of quite a bit of work. I'd say they were both about 1-2 sizes too big, and my wedding dress was much too long as well. I contacted Sabrina about 2 months before the big day, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were able to work me in quickly, and I had an initial fitting for both dresses. A few weeks later I went in and was able to pick up my bridesmaid dress, which now fit perfectly. The wedding dress (which was a lace trumpet style gown, 3 layers of fabric thick), needed some additional work, which they had anticipated at that first meeting. They needed to get the fit of the body right before tackling the hem, since it would fall differently once it was taken in. So they pinned it some more and I came back a final time to try it on and all I can say is WOW! They took a dress that fit me like a potato sack and made it into the dress of my dreams. I actually got teary eyed when I saw it completely finished! On the big day, I had multiple people tell me that they thought that I had spent thousands on a custom couture gown, because the fit was so unbelievably perfect. They were shocked to learn that it was actually just a second hand David's Bridal gown that had been completely transformed by these two talented ladies! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. And they were very fair with their pricing, to top it all off! 5 starts, for sure. I'd give more if I could! read more

I found Divine! via Facebook. Sabrina was great! I went in and she saw me immediately. She had me up on the box, hemmed my dress, had me walk, and out the door in 30min. She had my bridesmaids dress done in 4 days. She also mentioned if a bridal party has their alterations done with her, that they get a discount. How great is that?! The end work was great. At the day of the try on, she noticed a tiny detail that wasn't up to her standards and she had it fixed right then and there. While I waited, a bride came in and had some concerns on her dress and several things she wanted done. Sabrina was so attentive to the brides needs and concerns. Sabrina and the Divine! team are fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them and if there's anything else I need altered, I'm definitely coming back. read more

The Team at Divine! is great. I had used them before to tailor two bridesmaids outfits and they did an outstanding job. I recently got married and had a bridal scare when my reception outfit had to be altered last minute. They were able to fix it in a short period of time and I really appreciate their hard work!! Thank you!! read more

Do your alterations here! I have nothing but praise for this shop! Sabrina and her mom were extremely professional, detail oriented, and a pleasure to come work with. They really want you to look great, and their work reflects it. The prices are the best I could find for my complicated alteration. I wanted sleeves added to my dress and ended up adding an entire extra piece inside my dress (to create the off-shoulder sleeves) and it turned out fantastic. They were honest about what they thought would turn out best, and the final result looked even better than it started. read more

Divine! - Wedding alterations from Divine! on my Sottero dress - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

There was nothing difficult about my alteration. I called the ladies at Divine! to take in a maternity maxi dress of mine. Hey, it's hard to find a decent maxi dress and I had only worn it once. For $22 it looks like a regular maxi dress now, minus the extra room. I love it! Just a little less of it now. Sabrina and her mom were responsive and quick; Had it back in four days. I will use them again if I need anything else altered. read more

I started my experience with these ladies with a simple shortening of a dress for my bachelorette party and was so impressed! Amazing quality, quick turn around and very very reasonable in price! These ladies are just amazing! I never even called a single person on the tailor recommendation list my bridal salon gave me because the turn around times were 8 weeks at a minimum. And I really only had 10 weeks until my wedding from when I received my dress. There were so many little things that were wrong with my wedding dress that I needed fixed and Sabrina and her staff never glazed over a single one! They always made me feel beautiful and more importantly heard! My dress was about two inches too short and with a special steam treatment they were able to lengthen my dress with cutting it! Like what??!?!!? They took in the bust, let out the hips and added cups and a last minute bustle! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and couldn't thank divine read more

I'd give 6 stars if I could. I came here looking for alterations to my complicated lace wedding dress and left a very happy customer. Her thoughtfulness to detail and patience was amazing. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my wedding dress. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and offered her advice when I needed some. I'd recommend her for any type of alterations and it was well worth the drive coming from south Austin. Best alterations place in town!!! read more

Divine! - This is one of my two. It was way too long, and the bodice was too big at the top. It ended up fitting like it was made for me! - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Sabrina, her mom and the entire team at Divine are fantastic. I first went in to have my wedding dress altered and later needed to have a flower girl dress I ordered online from a dressmaker taken out because it arrived smaller than the measurements. My dress had a lot of intricate beading and crystals in the area that needed to be taken in and by the time they were finished it fit like a glove. The flower girl dress was also taken out and the hand and perfectly matched the other flower girl dresses. Communication with Sabrina and others was easy, and coordinating pick up times on the day of after I missed my first appointment was flexible. Would go back. read more

Sabrina was so amazing! I just moved here and had no to go with me for fittings but she took great care of me! My dress fit my body so perfectly and she even fixed the annoying arm holes on my dress! Thank you for helping maker my wedding day perfect! read more

I found Divine! here on Yelp and Sabrina was amazing! She deconstructed my dress, added a corset panel and even added maroon lacing to the corset. Everyone commented on my stunning dress on my wedding day. Only downfall is that part of the hem came unraveled and one of the seams started coming undone but I will have those fixed when i take my dress in to be cleaned and preserved. I'm so glad I found Sabrina because she made my dress dreams come true! read more

Sabrina & her team at Divine were fantastic! I had a bridesmaids dress and my own wedding dress tailored there and throughout the process, they were professional, detail oriented, super friendly, and efficient. Whenever I had a question about the process, the timeline, or the pricing, she was kind and explained the answer in detail, and of course, her work is impeccable. I had zero issues and have zero complaints about either dress. In fact, the work she did on my wedding dress was very impressive, particularly the bustle. She made the bustle seem like it was naturally just part of the dress, not this huge bustle bump like you may see with some dresses. I would definitely trust Sabrina with any future tailoring needs! read more

Sabrina did my wedding dress, and I will definitely be going back to have more clothes done with her! She added more tulle to my dress, added the bustle, raised the bust line, and did the hem. She did all this in 3 appointments, over 3 weeks! That has to be the fastest bridal turn around in history! I was so impressed by her work and how well it held! Everyone told me to bring safety pins because with everyone stepping on my dress a bustle was bound to break, BUT I'm happy to report, there were no broken bustles!! It held wonderfully!!! Sabrina did an amazing job, in a very short amount of time, and I couldn't be happier about the results, it was absolutely beautiful!! read more

Sabrina did such a great job with my wedding dress! I had a lot of intricate lace that had to be moved around in order to shorten the length of the dress and you can't even tell the dress was altered! It looks perfect and she even altered the inner layers to fit perfectly around my toes so that I do not trip when walking. She has a lot of knowledge on things I would not even consider or know to ask for. She also added on cap sleeves to my spaghetti strap dress. The sleeves were made from lace and somehow she was able to fine almost the EXACT lace that my dress had. The sleeves look like they were put on the dress from the start. read more

You will regret going anywhere else with your wedding dress or alteration needs!! Sabrina and her team at Divine Alterations are phenomenal!!! I'm so glad I found them. I originally had a different wedding dress, but the ceremony grew larger than we expected. I needed a dress with more glamour. Sabrina had the original dress and was about to start working on the hem on a Wednesday when I contacted her. She stopped working on it and waited for me to arrive at my next appointment that following Tuesday with the new dress. We had 2 weeks before the wedding, and she made time for me for 3 fittings, amidst prom season no less. I was cutting it close, but somehow we made it work. Any challenge you bring to her, Sabrina will meet them all! She is so patient and kind and will tell you the truth if she thinks something will work or not. If there is a problem, like the hem is too long after they've hemmed it or the cups are not in the right place, she will keep working on it until it's perfect. There is no problem she can't handle. She is dedicated and takes great pride in her work, so she won't quit until it's just right. Sabrina is AMAZING!!! Photos by Jaime Burrow Photography read more
