I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again

Going over the same spot multiple times yet missed patches of hair. 2 days later and i am doing all the normal and recommended after care and it's so sore, can't even put underwear on. Bumps worse than a bad shave job and everything. She was so kind but not the right profession or needs better training idk. Please be careful when trusting someone with sensitive parts of you.

Well, not only the experience was horrible but she also over charge me, online and all of their social media they have listed for new clients additional %20 off. My procedure cost $75 instead of $60. I paid $120 including tip. I was only refund $25 of $120. 3. When I reached out to the owner the only thing he did was Venmo me my $25 over charged, I asked all I wanted was my money back for the over charge and to have some else do the services again since I did get any of the services listed on the videos, this place is a complete scam. Don't spend your time and money in a placed based of lies and poor customer services skills. Till this day the owner has not reach out to me to schedule my services and make my money worth.
