I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again

Had an AMAZING experience here. I have had my nails done a few times but I am rarely very impressed with my service. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the salon was very clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is super calming. I had a gel manicure done, and I am so happy with the result. My nails came out beautifully and the woman who did my nails made sure everything came out perfectly. I rarely get a manicure done so my nails were not in great shape but she made them look lovely! She paid great attention to detail. The hand massage was also so relaxing. She was very sweet and made light conversation. The pricing for services here is also very fair in my opinion! My boyfriend also got a manicure right after I did and his hands have never looked better! He works as a barista so they were definitely a mess from doing dishes/etc. I totally recommend this place. I was very hesitant to visit this nail salon at first. However, they were really kind and welcoming! All in all, the service is excellent! The woman who did my nails was very professional. She always makes sure to check to see whether the shape satisfies my preferences. She pays close attention to details and has good eyes. And I agreed with that, then I wanted chrome I wanted a green chrome color. I think she found what she looking for the nail last responded with"it $5 extra charge you want!? " I said no. Then she's started cleaning hear station and while filing my nails she started talking to her colleagues in their language I couldn't understand of what was being said but very unprofessional. While she was filing my nail; the nail lady filed down my nails a lot harder than before. And when she was filing my shapes to create the shape that I chose; I looked at my nails I didn't say anything yet. The nail lady said" what's wrong with nail?" I answered my left thumb and ring finger is crooked." Then she said " I know I'm not done." I sense attitude from her and kept her to her colleagues in their language.
