Divine Nail Spa - Beautiful - Nail Salons Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

Went to this for the first time to get mani pedis. The woman who did my nails hardly talked to me unlike the woman who did my mother's. we paid separately. Mine cost $78. A couple days later I found out this nail salon charged me twice. I called the bank. Come to find out that not only did the woman charged me $78 each... But one TWO different transactions. Not only that, I tried to get in contact with them to confront the situation and the refused to talked to me. I HIGHLY recommended you don't go here. You can get a BETTER job at a different nail salon that WON'T steal your money. read more

david did an amazing job on this set. originally went for a refill but in my best interest he decided to give me a new full set & they look so good. with the length & shape of my nails, most places can't get it exactly how i want it but this is definitely the closest to perfect i've gotten with a nail salon in ashburn. love this place! will definitely be back. read more

Divine Nail Spa - full acrylic set, coffin shaped, black nails w red initial on my ring finger - Nail Salons Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

I am pretty disappointed with this place. It looks pretty overall but they are behind the times on nail services offered and way over priced. I had to ask to have my nails touched up multiple times and still ended up leaving with "pink and whites that look nothing like what I asked for because what they offer is better for the nail. read more

I've been going here for years and they never cease to amaze me! My nails always come out beautifully! The staff is so accommodating and great to be around! Highly recommend this nail salon! read more

Divine Nail Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

The staff eagerly accepted me as a walk-in for Mani/Pedi, however half way into the pedicure, I was told that one of their appointments had showed up and hence i'll have to wait 30 mins for the remaining service. They did not care to let me know of potential scheduling conflict before hand. Very unprofessional! I was late by the time I left this salon, but thankfully 'Ashburn Nails' accepted me only 15 mins prior to their closing time and helped me out gracefully. Never again at Divine Salon! read more

I have been going here for over 8 years. There are plenty of things that I like about Divine, the staff is talented, they are polite and friendly, the ambiance at the spa is very comfortable and most of all the place is very clean. Best place for a good mani /Pedi. Vijaya read more

Divine Nails always finds a way to fit me in no matter how busy they are which I really appreciate as my schedule changes all the time. I always get such accommodating and friendly service. I know I can relax when I go there and not to mention my nails always look great. The nail techs are very attentive and pay close attention to detail. I usually get either shellac manicures or a full set, and I'm always happy with the way they come out. read more

I have never been disappointed when I walk in for a pedicure. The salon is always clean (new tools opened right in front of me) and the staff is friendly. I know there are many nail salons, but this one is the best. read more

Very clean and professional atmosphere. TRACI is the best!! provide service at at a reasonable price

I have been going here for more than two years and do not even consider other options. Unlike many in the area it is very nicely decorated, clean - not at all cluttered with misc. stuff. The staff talk to you or let you relax whatever your preference and do not spend the time chatting to other staff members. I highly recommend a spa pedicure by Ann - she is amazing. The massage alone is worth every penny! read more

i am sorry to have to post this, last week i went to David and he did a pour job with my nails, no white tip, just a pink overlay. he was rushed to get to his regular customer. i will not return. am tired of people taking too many appointments, telling me they have someone else behind me etc. i am sure for his regulars David is amazing. just not for me. read more

HORRIBLE experience. The employees spent more time gossiping and talking behind each others backs than actually doing nails, and the tools were not properly sanitized! My nail-beds turned red and raw within 24 hours of leaving the place, not to mention my Shellac nail polish chipped 3 days later. read more

Great massage chairs that have small curtain dividers so u dont feel cramped next to someone else. They offer a variety of different pedicures ranging from $30-90...I opted for the next up at $39...It was overpriced but you do get a little extra treatment/massage, they made me hot tea...the polish job was very sloppy but overall it was a nice experience. I also got a gel manicure and it started chipping after a few days, and by day 7 was completely peeling off. they told me they had the same gel color as the regular color on my feet but they were noticeably different shades. there were also several ladies hovering around me and my technician during the manicure gossiping the entire time which took away from my relaxation as well as my technicians attention...I wish they could have left us alone instead of having to listen to the staff gossip right in front of my face. They also kept hounding me to go the the atm and pay entirely in cash so I could get a $6 discount after 10 visits....idk who carries $75 cash around with them but I'm not going to pay a $3.50 atm fee for a $6 discount that I wont even see after more than several visits...I only had enough cash for tip and told them I wanted to use my credit card...after telling them NO I DONT WANT TO GO TO THE ATM RIGHT NOW 4 times, they finally gave up...this is 2018 and not many people carry that much cash with them. I would come back for the pedicure but the gel manicure was poorly done/overpriced so I will go somewhere else for that read more

Horrible experience with Michael !? I went in to replace 3 nails and he tried to convince me to refill them all and I refused since I just had them refilled less than a week ago. He was sloppy with replacing the nails, one of them was not even straight, I had to tell him to put it straight because he wouldn't notice, so he took the nail off and try to put another one back. The nails he changed were huge comparing with the ones I already had on. When he was putting the nail polish I asked him to fix two other nails that were a little chipped and he said NO, you only wanted three nails and I asked so what?! He "punished" me for not wanting to do them all, lol ridiculous! I insisted that I need those two fixed too and he refused!! Wow, I am sorry I went in after a really relaxing afternoon at La Vida massage. I had to deal with this guy that has no idea what customer service means. I would never go back! read more

I'm new to the area and still finding my favorite services. Had a fabulous pedicure today from David. I will definitely be back here for my next one! read more

I came here a few weeks ago because my normal salon I go to my lady was busy. I asked for an acrylic fill for my nails. They lady didn't seem to do them weep enough. I don't know what the powder is called they put on but she barely put any of it on. The next morning one of my nails snapped in half because it was a half ass job. I was livid because I just paid 35$ for a new set that didn't last me two weeks like it's supposed too. I worked all week so I couldn't come in till the next weekend to get it fixed. When I had voiced my concern about how I was frustrated it broke way to soon & I thought it was done wrong. A gentlemen helped me fix it. But he still charged me 35$. I would assume you would give me a discount since you're the one that messed up in the first place. That's bad costumer service & I'll never go back. You should have said sorry & fixed it. Will recommend to no one. & continue going to my normal place. read more

Great place! They were extremely nice & professional! I definitely recommend them.

Wow...let's just say that I've been getting pedicures for the past 17 years. I have never ever ever had a technician asked me if I wanted my calluses on my feet removed and if I did it would be an extra $8. I asked them what they would do instead and they said nothing. Can't believe it. The only good thing was the massage chairs. read more

WORST nail salon in Ashburn. The service here is absolutely terrible. Sign says "Walk-ins Welcome" in the window, but that's not true. They'll let you sit there and wait while other people walk right in and sit down for their treatment. Absolutely no organization. Go to Joy Nail Salon right around the corner. MUCH better. read more

Popped in during my lunch break and was helped immediately. The woman who greeted me (I believe the owner) was so kind! Johnny did my gel mani and they came out perfectly. Hannah did my eyebrows and was so sweet and accommodating. I've been once before and Johnny and the owner stayed past their closing time to finish my nails. I am really attentive to customer service, and each person I've met that works there has been friendly and cheerful. I will keep going to Divine! read more

Nails came out decent. came for a gel refill and spent $45.00 dollars for it. wayy more then I spend just to get my full set of gel nails. Too pricey for me. Nice place though. read more

AWESOMEEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I got my nails done on friday and by sunday night they were chipping and cracking (because they are an old set of acrylics) I called the store as they were closing and asked what they could do for me, the owner welcomed me in and stayed an hour and half past the closing time to make me a happy cutomer, my nails now look awesome!! I suggest this place to all my friends! read more

Clean place great service. A bit over priced. I did a pedicure and gel nail polish manicure. I wasn't happy that after 3 days my gel nail polish completely chipped off. Didn't even last a week. Service wasn't bad though. read more

I have only been to this place once. I went in to get a facial wax and the tech had the wax too hot. Burnt my face. I told her it was too hot but all she did was just blow on the wax before placing on my face. When I left I had red swollen face (Im African American and we usually dont get red faced). Luckily it wasnt too noticeable later that evening when I went out. Also I had specifically asked for a certain type of service and it seemed the tech I had couldnt speak good english and had to have the manager translate for her. They gave me a discount for my experience but I have never set foot back in that place since. read more

Although this place was recommended by my neighbor, I will never go back to this place. I went there a few months ago with my daughter who was home from college and wanted a pedicure. My daughter does not have the money to have a pedicure often, but when she asked for one and it was a time for us to bond I thought this was going to be the place to go since my neighbor recommended it. As you will know, when you don't have pedicures regularly may be your toes are not the best, but to have the employees to speak a different language and comment in a different language on your daughter's feet... well I will never go back. The laughing and snickering was very unprofessional. Everyone deserves good service or respect. If you are going to make disrespectful comments with laughing please speak English. You made me and my daughter very uncomfortable. Also, if you want to clean your baths better, please note just spaying an washing with water does not always cut it. read more

I recently redeemed a giftcard I was given as a birthday present for a basic manicure pedicure. While preparing to start the guy who was going to do my pedicure informed me that it would be $6 extra to have the corn on the side of my toes removed. While doing this he cut my foot. First thing that came to mind was all the stuff you hear about these salons and folks getting nail infections and what not. He used some type of blue solution to stop the bleeding and it didn't look that bed when I left. Oh btw, he still charged me the extra $6 too even though he cut my foot. But by the next day, even though I was using Neosporin on the cut, it still looked red and inflamed, I have to say I was disappointed because although the staff seemed okay, I realize that accidents happen but the right thing to do would have been not to charge me for the pedicure considering the whole reason for getting one you want people to notice that your toes look pretty. The nails looked good but my big toe looked terrible! read more
