I went there today to get sns nails . I'm a hairdresser and know about all the processes. I told the lady ( Karen) at front desk that I'm very picky about fillings and buffing my nails (which I am) And she told me that everybody is very good and professionals And if I have any problems they will take care of it . She was very nice , with nice sense of humor which I decided to give them a try . And I did . Anna was the technician who took me back. She was fast but not rushed to do my pedicure and result was GREAT. After that she did my sns for me which are great too We jocked and she made fun of my nails cause i did them by myself ( the looked great) Anyway I had a very pleasant day today at the place and would definitely go back . The place was beautiful and very clean which added to the whole thing . Thank you BELLAS . read more

Such a lovely salon... Was in search of someplace new after a bad experience at a salon i was going to. Bella Beach is so clean & friendly. Amy does an amazing job. Glad I made the switch. Very happy read more

I had a great experience at this salon. Got the best pedicure ever and will highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Acrylic application was rushed, size of nails applied were too small so I could see my real nail underneath. They were uneven and crooked. Color application was terrible. Uneven color so it made the nail look bumpy, there was bubbles in it, color chipped easily. Nail glue did not hold up well compared to other places. If you're not deterred from coming here yet, the fact that the man doing my nails had BLOOD on his hand should. I was conscious the entire time as to not come in contact with the part of his hand that was bloody. Do not come here! read more

Bella Beach Nail Spa - Once the nails fell off that was my breaking point that I needed to write this review. - Nail Salons Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

Gave this place a couple of chances because it's close to my house, and every time I go I regret it. They do a very fat, sloppy job with gel manicures. This photo is from the most recent time I went in for gel soak off and a regular manicure with no color. Still have gel on my nails that was even taken off just filed down. My nails now have bumps and chips on them from the leftover gel polish. Then they charged me $30 for it. Never going back. They need to do a better job and take their time. read more

I come here all the time to get my nails done and never had an issue. People here are friendly and do a good job. KD has done my nails often and she is great. Friendly and likes to ask about you and your life, she makes it personal. They also offer you a glass of wine or water. The prices are a little higher here than most but I feel the quality and service is better here than other places and it's clean and nicely done inside. Not sure why other reviews are rude about the service and such. I've had many women here so my nails and not one has been rude. People are overly sensitive and need to chill out. Give this place a chance, and ask for KD!!! read more

After moving to Ashburn I searched for a nail person that produced quality work every time. I tried several places and several people. Then I found Tina at Bella Beach near Whole Foods. Tina is fantastic! I get the dipped nails and have always been pleased. My nails never looked so good. I regularly receive compliments. I will continue to come to Bella as long as she's there. Sometimes the great ones are the hardest to find. Ask for Tina. You won't be disappointed. read more

Great new place over by Whole Foods. The inside is very nice and well planned out, everything in the place is new so it doesn't feel rundown at all like some of the other places in the area. I just had a pedicure, but I would highly recommend the place and will be back soon. read more

The nail salon decor is nice and clean. As far as my nail job, it was okay. I got the basic manicure, it looks sloppy and rushed. The shop was not full, I arrived when they first opened. If a basic manicure looks this bad, I wonder if it's even worth going for a different nail service. If you live in the area, I'd recommend checking out a different nail shop. I would not be visiting this shop again. read more

This place is beautiful! It's brand new, sparkling clean, and the decor is tasteful and looks like a high end spa. My first visit, I had an excellent pedicure with Cathy. She was polite and professional and did a wonderful job. They were adequately staffed and had plenty of room to accommodate the 15-20 people who were here at 9AM on a Saturday! The pricing was very reasonable. I got the ultimate pedicure which lasted an hour and paid $55. I came in again for a manicure with a different technician and was not as pleased. The environment was still perfect and the woman who helped me was very sweet. But I wasn't happy with the way she filed my nails. I did try to explain my concerns but I don't know that I was able to convey my points. I was talked into trying the special long last nail polish (not gel) for an extra $3. It chipped the next day and was so bad by the second day that I removed it entirely. Definitely willing to give it another go but wouldn't recommend spending that $3 on the special nail polish. read more

Not only is Bella Beach one of the most aesthetically pleasing salons I've been to, they also do high quality work. I was very fortunate to have been placed with the lovely Tina on my first visit. She was so gracious and understood exactly what I wanted. What pleased me enormously was that after not being able to come back for almost a month, when I did come in for a second visit Tina remembered what I did for a living and how I liked my nails done with out me even saying a word!! Well, I had my first pedicure today since my wife convinced me to do it. I'm so glad I did! It was amazing! Ann did an amazing job and had a nice conversation with me. My feet feel so great and I am ready for the beach! I didn't get any nail polish as that would have been a bit much, but they made my toenails look perfect and my feet are so happy now! Thank you Ann and Bella Beach Nail Spa for the fantastic visit! Oh, also the chairs were great! I had such a nice massage while I was getting my pedicure. Loved it! Clean and spacious salon. I got a gel manicure on Friday, 1/19 and they're already starting to chip and it's only the 23rd. My nails didn't last 5 days. I'm so disappointed! Also, I was only in Leesburg for a work function. The place is 1 hr away from my home, so I am going to have to pay to have another salon fix their mess!! read more

This place is one of the worst nail salons I've been to. The lady was cleaning the water jet with the sponge she just used to scrub my feet, and then put it back in her bin! Then she started to have an argument with the man doing the lady next to me's feet, and stopped everything she was doing to talk. She stopped talking and started massaging my feet. A few minutes went by and she started to chat again. She was still massaging my feet and started digging her thumb into the arch of my foot... while she was talking! I tried wiggling it and she wouldn't let go! Ended up taking fifteen more minutes than it should have because of her loud, giant mouth. Good polish color selection, but horrible service, do not come here. read more

My first time going to beach Bella I was recommended by a friend to do a acrylic mani and pedicure. We went in together and she suggested that I would be taken care of by Ceci/Cici. She became very rude after I told her I wanted regular polish on my acrylic nails instead of gel. Cici was very rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable during the entire mani & pedi. In conclusion I will not return. read more

Went here today for the first time with my mom and sisters for a Mother's Day mani/pedi sesh. It was awful. The place is really pretty but don't let that deceive you. My sister had the Classic Pedicure which was supposed to include hot towels and foot scrub. They didn't do it. They also neglected to give her the massage with lotion like literally every other nail place does. $31 dollars for soaking feet in water, trimming and painting the nails? She could do that herself at home. I opted for a regular manicure with polish. It was very rushed. My "hand massage" consisted of lightly touching my hands for 30 seconds. The polish is uneven and lumpy and already chipping. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else in Ashburn. read more

People are super nice and the facility is very clean and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I had gels done for a wedding and while they looked ok, they were done very quickly and after looking, there are bubbles in multiple of the nails. I pointed one out to the tech thinking she'd re-do it, but she just filed it down and the nail is now uneven and there's still a bubble... a now bright pink bubble. Additionally, the paint is turning bright pink on the tips after one day! read more

I would never go back to this salon even if they offered free services I paid $50 for a dip manicure The manicurist rushes through the manicure and messed up 2 nails which she tried to fix and didn't work so they gave me to another manicurist to fix my two nails She seemed very angry about having to do this Between the two horrible unprofessional manicurist I had to dry my nails in front of a fan, under uv light and under a fan and light and my nails were not fixed right I will have to go to another salon to have the dip manicure removed No one ever apologized or offered to discount the price I was treated horribly and I never complained I only wanted my nails fixed and gave them the benefit of the doubt I WILL NEVER GO BACK read more

I love this place! It is super clean. They have a ton of colors to choose from and they number code the Gel polish with regular polish for Gel manicure and regular pedicure. I have been to three different nail technicians here. Demi, Karen and I cannot remember the thirds name! Every single person here takes their time and does a really great job. You definitely need to carve out a solid 1 to 1.5 hours -- but its well worth it! read more

There are a lot of reasons why I love this place and will continue to come here. First of all, the place is bright, clean, and new. It is definitely a spa, filled with soft music and flowing fountains. The massage chairs at the pedicure station actually give a nice massage. They are gentle, the options are easy to change, and the massage feels good- not that random, crazy tapping that a lot of other chairs do. I didn't want to leave the chair at the end of my service! Lastly, the price is right! A gel mani is only $35 here and they go the extra mile to make sure it will last. Removal of the gel is also gentle here. Ask for Nancy- she is so sweet and does a great job! read more

Ask for Demi, she is a perfectionist! I only gave 4 stars because I feel that they are pricey. I pay the high prices for the quality of Demi's work. She ALWAYS double checks everything to make sure that my nails are flawless. read more

It was a really bad experience. I saw images of the kids chair. This was suppose to be a relaxing spa time with my 6 years old daughter. She wanted to get a pedicure done. I called to confirm that they have kids spa, to which I was told "yes, we do kids". I set an appointment and went there. Once I got there I found out that there were no kids spa chairs anymore. I still thought we are here now and will give it a try. The technician I had was okay but the technician that was with my daughter was very rude. My daughter sat there uncomfortable. Trying to lean back in the chair half the time, until I requested a pillow. She brought a pillow with attitude. Then while massaging her legs looked at me and said about 6 years old. "She should wax her legs". My daughter heard it and her smile turned off very quickly. I asked her on the car ride back if she is okay and she said "can we go to a new spa place next time". People go to spas to feel relaxed and feel good. This lady not only didn't let us be relaxed but also really hurt my little daughters feelings and self esteem. I went there weeks ago and thought about not writing a review. But, this was horrible customer service and still bothering me. read more

I was recommended here by a friend. She suggested a specific nail technician but she was not available. So I went with Tina. I asked for gel nails with gel polish so that's what she (supposedly) did and what I was charged for. I had never had gel nails before so I wasn't sure what the process looked like but it seemed like the stuff I had gotten before when I got acrylics but Tina told me it was "powdered gel". I trusted her and went on. First, my polish didn't even last a week. It was chipping in 4 days so it didn't even make it to my event that I got them done for! Then, when I went somewhere else a couple days ago to get them filled and re-done the lady tells me they are NOT gel and they were acrylic. So I was scammed at this place. And I know the new place wasn't scamming me because she charged me for acrylic refills. I will not be coming back here unless I can be re-assured this wont happen again!!! read more

I went to Ann? Anne? Not sure how to spell it... for a regular gel manicure. I am a hairstylist and usually by two weeks (of shampooing and having my hands in gloves and in haircolor) the nails would be lifting and looking horrible. They are on and still look great! She shaped my nails exactly as I asked and was so meticulous in applying the polish (something I always notice since I work in the beauty industry and I'm also licensed to do nails). She also suggested some deeper colors than what I was originally looking at when we were talking about my job. If you're going to Bella Beach for a a gel manicure, I would recommend her. She's great! read more

I came here this past Saturday with my sister & 3 nieces (all under 6). The ladies doing my nieces nails were all so friendly& patient with them! I was a bit worried because this is not something we would typically take them to do but when momma & aunt need a girls day, you gotta do what you gotta do. Thank you all for being so sweet and welcoming to us all! One thing I would suggest since they have the designated kiddie area is maybe to use only quick dry nail polish options for that service? read more

This was my first experience with Bella Beach; make you're appointment guys they are jam packed! Their location makes a great spot to treat yourself to one of their services and grab Peet's coffee, Cava, or anything in Whole Foods. I adore the area. Onto my review, I walked into every specialist working on someone, it was that busy (Sunday before noon). I was met with who I believe was the owner in a rushed fashion. I had an appointment for a Classic Pedicure with acrylic toenails ($40) attached to my two big toes which sadly broke from a heavily dropped couch! The sheer happiness to have my nails back again is the reason for the stars, although the paint left on my toes was botched (left big toe in photos). On the other hand, I was not introduced to my pedicure specialist as she was on the phone handling phone calls while she was handling my pedicure. She walked away from me AT LEAST 10 times. I respect a woman owning her business but I would have much rather come back later. My appointment touched over an hour long because of her delays. Just hand someone else the phone! Being a mom I don't have time to spare being late which I would have told her if she was not occupied. I was very disappointed by the service I received. I wish I had a name but I was not met with one. Only a "hey sorry I'm busy, I'll be right back" more times than I expected. Everyone around me was enjoying their experience so I am sure that if I had someone else I would be just as happy! They have an adorable kid section, ample space, beautiful modern design, and television to watch. My tip is to give this spot a chance but make sure you're specialist is not in charge of running the show! read more
