We bought the part ourselves but then the dodge dealer said if we bring the part and do not order from them labor is $1300. Looked up auto services here on yelp, found R & R. Joe quoted 180 for labor, flat rate. He said if we get the car in by 9:00 AM the next day he'd make sure it was the first thing worked on. We did, and he did. We paid the quote price for labor. We have a few other things on our other car to fix, so we will be repeat customers. Joe and his family and team are great people, very personable, friendly. No B.S.. Thank you Joe from the Andersons! You rock!

I've been going to Quattrowerks for over a year now and have been very impressed with Collin's and…read moreSara's level of personal service. I say 'personal service' instead of customer service, because that is how they treat anyone who comes into their doors- as a person who deserves direct, personal care (just as they treat your vehicle). Collin is one of those rare mechanics who is more than willing to take the time to show you exactly what he is doing and what he would suggest you attend to. This advice and expertise is invaluable when it comes to maintaining German cars like Audis, Volkswagens and Porsches. I've taken both my wife's newer Audi A4 as well as my older BMW M3 to them to have work done and it's always been more than fairly priced (hourly rates are in the normal range, but I feel that Collin gets a lot of the work done in fewer hours than others). Collin and Sara run a rare gem; a family-owned and operated small establishment that directly caters to the needs of anyone who owns an Audi, VW or old Porsche. I will continue to go there as long as I own anything he can work on. As a bonus, they even have a super friendly and cute 'shop dog' named Madden!

My fault I should have turned around. Rude, no class, no ethics, no morals. He was bragging to me when he was working on my car about how he told off some guy and purposely didn't fix it correctly because he didn't like him. WOW. His work: Right after I had him work on my car not 1-2-3-4- but 5 things broke on it from his work.
