Art's did not fix my car…read more But they were the most knowledgeable, communicative, honest people I've dealt with. My car was rear ended by someone with Fred Loya insurance. Fred Loya is terrible to work with but Art's is used to their games. Art's Auto Body is the only bright spot I've had dealing with my broken car for the last month. I would absolutely take my next car to Art's for body work.

I saw an ad in a local magazine for this body shop and was attracted by their willingness to help. They were very nice and responsive on the phone. When I arrived at the shop they were so welcoming. The office manager Crimson even offered me a bottle of cold water on a 100 degrees weather day. The operation manager Floyd assisted me right away with buffing away most of the scarring and fixing the part of the door that was catching with no charge!!! They bought me time and made my car safe until I can come back and pay for the cosmetic repairs. Highly recommend!!!

Needles to say, it wasn't an ideal way to bring in the New Year, however, the work performed at Snyder's Auto Works has been one of the highlights of 2022. Their quote was extremely fair as was the final price, the timetable exceeded my expectations and the work on my Audi is exceptional. This is a body shop who puts the customers wants and needs first. They don't overpromise and under deliver, they do what they say they're going to do and if anything they over deliver. From their communication to the work they do, this is an excellent shop across the board and one I highly recommend doing business with if you need work done on your vehicle. The entire process was painless, which is not easy to come by, especially with so many parts on backorder, especially for foreign made vehicles. They made me aware of this possibility and fortunately that wasn't the case whatsoever. Not only did they fix the outside of my vehicle, they detailed the inside of my vehicle and outside, allowing me to pick up a fresh new vehicle that was well worth the money spent. Lastly, I'm the exception as most people would've went through their Insurance and if I decided to do so, they have a great relationship with USAA. He removed the dent so it's flawless. The paint is a tri-coat process; he made sure that, too, was perfect.
