Fred Loya is terrible to work with but Art's is used to their games. Art's Auto Body is the only bright spot I've had dealing with my broken car for the last month. What he didn't seem to understand is that a simple job like mine could've earned them another 5-star review, which brings in more paying customers and more money in the long run. Add to that a super inconvenient last second reschedule that could easily have been avoided and next time I'll be trying one of the other countless detailing services all over Denver.
