EDIT: response to owner comment- there was never an offer of a free service. No accommodation or apology was offered whatsoever. And there was no crack in the windshield before the detail, and a huge undeniable crack afterwards. Very disappointing that this is how you run your business. Very disappointed in my experience. During the detail service, Tim ended up putting a huge crack through my front windshield. No mention of the crack until I pointed it out, and then denied any responsibility for the crack and offered no solutions or ways to make up for the damage. What was already a pricey detail to begin with is now costing $1000+ as the whole windshield needs to be replaced due to the size of the damage. Detail itself was fine, but definitely does not make up for the lack of professionalism. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

My car is our mountain car, collecting snow, mud, grass, and every other indicator of an active Colorado lifestyle. Including the requisite dog. All making my car the dirtiest of our household. Seriously, how does dog hair get into every car crevasse? It's almost enough to make you not want to go hiking with your dog again. This was the worst car detailing I've ever had. He spent almost 4 hours on my car. I had an appointment I had to go to at that point. When I went out to check on his progress I was shocked. Floorswere not vacuumed, inside windows had not been touched, outside wash had not been started. Technician got unhinged when I told him I had to leave. Wouldn't leave my driveway. I ended up having to call the police. Very upsetting. Needless to say would never recommend this unprofessional company. Quality & timelines were beyond awful. read more

Beware of bait-and-switch pricing. I made an appointment for an agreed-upon price only to have it increase $90 when they arrived. They said it was due to our "extremely dirty" car. Our car reflects the reality of living in Colorado in the winter with kids, but is no more dirty than 90% of the cars on the road. We don't have pets, the kids don't eat in the car and there was only mild levels of dirt. We'll be shopping elsewhere. read more

These guys took an extremely dirty, dog hair filled and badly stained 16 year old much loved but seriously abused VW Passat Wagon and made it look nearly new. Because I live in a busy neighborhood they picked up my car from my residence and performed the work at their facility (location unknown) and returned it 4.5 hours later. I had a complete detail which included a full shampoo and engine cleaning. It was not inexpensive (I paid $380 which included a generic tip) but the work was excellent. I highly recommended Tim and his partners/crew (I met three). They were on time, polite, efficient and thorough. Five stars. read more

Wow! That's all I can say. My 2005 Ford Freestyle is in good condition and it was time to clean the interior. I choose Mobile Auto Detail Pros (new name) because Tim's reputation on Yelp. I made a good decision. I was worried that because I could only afford seat and carpet shampoo I would get ok meh service. Wrong!! I am a happy customer!! My car interior is darn near like brand new. The seats and carpet are majestically clean and fresh! MADP was on time, courteous, and thorough. Even the floormats were done!!! My bad for not knowing to ask all the right questions and for not checking in detail what they did. They did a good job on the interior and exterior but totally did not touch the trunk or even open the trunk to wipe down where the trunk comes together. They indicated after I called them back that they don't normally vacuum trunks but I didn't know to ask. They were quick to sell my an additional $15 for leather treatment on my leather seats. Also, I chose not to have them detail the engine which would have been another $50. I paid $185 plus the $15 plus they asked for a tip. Ok...I was hoping for a little customer service...by having them come back by and do the trunk for another small fee but they did not even offer. read more

I hired Tim at Mobile Auto Detail Pros after my wife literally gave birth to our daughter in the front seat of our Highlander (we didn't quite make it to the hospital). The front seat was a mess of body fluids. The rest of the car was long overdue for some TLC, so decided to hire a pro to take care of the situation. I'm extremely glad I hired Tim. He and his colleague were prompt, professional, friendly, and produced outstanding results at a very fair price. I called him on Friday at 3pm and he and his colleague were at our house the next day at 2pm. They filled their buckets with hot water from our sink and plugged in some cleaning tools to our exterior/porch electricity outlets. They cleaned everything! They conditioned the leather seats, shampooed the floors, cleaned the mats, and took great care of all the items in the car. I couldn't be happier. The car looks, smells, and feels like new. The work is outstanding. I highly recommend Tim and look forward to using his services for all my detailing needs. read more

I had a few cars and an RV that I needed help with. They kept their appointment (they were actually a bit early). They worked super hard and did good work... all at a reasonable price. They cleaned every nook and cranny of our car Including the side doors, cup holders, etc. and they were super nice and easy to do business with. I'd definitely recommend them. read more

Overall, my car was cleaned very nicely. I was surprised to see that the trunk hadn't been touched. It wasn't wiped down or vacuumed so I had to vacuum my trunk after paying for a detail. It was a bit frustrating. Some of the spray that was used wasn't fully wiped off, additionally. BUT even with that being said, it's still a decent value. The exterior of my vehicle was beautiful. The cup holders, vents, etc. we're all cleaned great! read more

So happy with these guys. I needed an emergency detail because someone I was giving a ride to snuck a beer with them while I was in the store they spilled some beer on seats. I was really pleased with the detail that was done on my 2001 Toyota Camry. I have kids so there was dirt and candy and spills all throughout the car and seats which are gone.
