The other "esthetician" kept rudely interrupting telling me the same as well, I felt so awful about myself and agreed, and that is where it horribly went wrong!! I kept telling the "esthetician" the wax was too hot, she said no it isn't, but it was literally dripping off the stick. I noticed she kept using the same stick and kept putting it into the same wax pot that was used for everyone else. I told her it is not hygienic and she told me I was crazy and did not know anything and to mind my own business. I was appalled!!! This is a place that also does bikini waxes!!! If they are comfortable to being that unhygienic with wax for your face, I can only imaging what they do with the wax used for bikini hair removal. Save your skin from being ripped off your face and go somewhere that knows what they are doing.

But somewhere you go for consistent quality hair treatments. They wash your hair, scrub your scalp, and put on a tingling peppermint treatment while they steam your hair and then iron it out with a hot comb and straightener.
