If you have lice within the 10 day time frame guarantee you still have to pay for an additional appointment- they call it a "follow up" or "final check" which I feel should be included in the initial fee. Overall I liked them but felt that just a few changes could go a long way in improving their service. Also please hire more techs so that same poor lady doesn't have to drive all over Southern California to the different salons! To have a family treated you are looking at around $1,000 all in (including the products they pressure you to buy). The "tech" will tell you to sleep for 3 weeks with olive oil on on your hair after their service.
