Pricing is high and not transparent. The lady working there is nice and does a good job but the…read morenatural products they use don't work very well. They also don't follow the guarantee listed on the website. If you have lice within the 10 day time frame guarantee you still have to pay for an additional appointment- they call it a "follow up" or "final check" which I feel should be included in the initial fee. Overall I liked them but felt that just a few changes could go a long way in improving their service. Also please hire more techs so that same poor lady doesn't have to drive all over Southern California to the different salons! To have a family treated you are looking at around $1,000 all in (including the products they pressure you to buy).
