I had no problem paying for the services but I didn't return for my second comb thru.. weeks later my daughter was diagnosed with ringworm on her scalp .. after losing hair and discovering it with her doctor I hope the sanitation will be taken care of . Now that I think of it I didn't see a swap of a new comb for my daughter after the client before me left. Don't go here. The ladies literally will "treat" u which means combing your hair for maaaayyybe 15-20 minutes jf you're lucky. Their prices are waaayyy too high for their rushed disgusting work. Lice can make you feel very overwhelmed. My 2 daughters came back from a vacation with a little lice issue so I Brought them both to get treatment and Raylene is the go to person for the job! Zero stars. Boo!!!! They are not sanitary (drop combs on the ground, and reuse the same brushes without cleaning or disinfecting)! Their products are overpriced as well as their unreliable services! They comb through your head as fast as possible when they are busy to get you out the door and pocket your cash., in fact I think they do it sloppy and fast on purpose so you keep coming back. Don't be scammed by these women. They suck.also the majority of their 5 star reviews are fake paid for reviews or bribed. They did a great job when our kids got lice. There were some customer service issues the lady on the phone wasn't always kind and I almost felt like I was inconveniencing them while trying to schedule my second appointment. We are already frustrated with bugs all up on our scalp we don't need someone to make us feel bad about it! But besides that their products were great...The place itself was very clean there were snacks for the kids and a tv they could choose what they wanted to watch.
