Clean washrooms, for some it may be a hassle to go upstairs but elevators are available. A public light rail stop and pay to use EV charging stations are there for your convenience. I had good customer service while purchasing earrings from Oak and Fort and clothes from the Gap and Old Navy. Not screaming deals but they fit the bill for what I was looking for.
