We picked up a couple fleece and shirts here and they survived the wash and are still comfortable weeks later, and they were such a good price, nearly half of what you'd expect. The deals on standard keychains and magnets were also very good so we bought dozens.

Under Armour should fire him and find someone more fit for the job. He was not friendly and willing to solve the issue at all. Just a solid "no" in a harsh tone. Their policy says you can return items within 60 days with the receipt, but they didn't accept my return when THEIR socks were already worn, and slipping (feet getting irritated) from walking because it has to be in "original packaging" even thought I had the original receipt. The asian manager was extremely rude (making fun of me with 2 co-workers, Filipino and Mexican girl) in handling the situation and can't follow simple rules on the receipt. Filed a credit card dispute against them and got my money back!

I was very surprised as this was the recently closed 6000 sq ft Guess Retail Store and you could clearly see the several changing rooms were still there. (not including the upstairs) asked how will I know if they fit? I was told I could buy them and try them at home and return them in two weeks. I went up to the cashier and I explained what the manager said. The cashier said "no" you can't return them once you buy them. I called the manager over he at first agreed with me then the cashier corrected him tersely said a few words in Chinese then I was told return only. I told them that didn't make sense to not allow people to try the clothing on when the stores clearly has several changing rooms. Yet offer people to buy it and return for exchange only. I said that makes no sense what if it simply won't fit no matter what size? I said I understand an exchange policy when I have tried on the item but changed my mind. I will not visit any of their stores. This policy is unethical and bad customer service. You can get most of their stuff off online at Aliexpress and even they have return policy. Shameful.
