Full price refills for soft drinks. Buyer beware.
Charlie F.

Expensive. The food is over priced for Sysco frozen food that's microwaved in the kitchen before being served. The new "policy," mysteriously implemented two days ago is no more free refills on soft drinks and iced tea. I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that doesn't allow for free soft drink refills. Do better District 850.

Came here to hang out with friends and the food was so good to me. The bartenders made really good drinks but they're on the pricer side. I'm giving them 4 stars because the games had many glitches and everything except the food was pricy. Other than that I enjoyed myself so much.

So district 850 was our first stop on a Friday afternoon. Trey was great at the bar otherwise we wouldn't have stayed for a 2nd round of drinks. Come during happy hour for specials. $3 well drinks The interior of the place is clean and I would come to bowl or play arcade games. They have clearly changed their menu and have a new manager - mac and cheese I was excited to try is no longer on the menu.

The place is big and nice, lots of options for fun activities. The service on the other hand is terrible. We booked a lane for two hours and we haven't had a server come up to us at all while every other lane was getting served. We even went up to the bar ask for service and received none. Very disappointed with this, since my family was supposed to get dinner here. Wow great way to make business! Very very disappointed with this place I expected more than this.

A modern fun station but with better drink options! The food leaves much to be desired unfortunately. A great place to hang out and bowl with friends. The escape room is $20 for 20 minutes which isn't the worst I've paid for an escape room but pricy compared to hour long escape room prices. It isn't very intense but it is a short time to solve any puzzles. The bowling is the best part, lots of beautiful lanes and a stand to change game modes. The food is absolutely abysmal, which I hate to say, but I must warn others to eat before they come here or risk getting the pork skin nachos. Its appearance is incredibly unappealing and basically consists of fried airy pork skin. The sight of it makes me nauseous and the taste is like stale popcorn oil with plastic cheese on top. I didn't know what exactly to expect by reading the menu, but it was the worst thing imaginable. The other items like the shrimp and tater tots were fine, but came in tiny portions for the price (4 pieces). The drinks look and taste great so try some at the bar, especially if you are trying to stomach the food you ate here. The pink mojitarita is sublime and comes with dry ice.

The activity's are engaging and the food looks amazing. But sadly the food tastes mediocre compared to how it looks.

We thought we should leave the long high top tables for larger parties. We chose to sit at a smaller table for four along the window wall. The chairs seem too short for the tables along the window. The restaurant is sleek and modern. Eye-catching decor that is visually appealing. We watched servers and management walked by our table several times in a five minute period and not a single person greeted us. We finally flagged down what appeared to be a manager, and asked if we could be served. They abruptly left the table, more minutes past, and eventually a server came to the table, dropped menus, and left. We waited another five minutes and finally flagged the server down to take our order. I've never experienced this, but the server requested a credit card immediately to start a tab. We said we were paying cash and only planning to order a sandwich and an iced tea. She stated that was the policy so if you are arriving with no credit card in hand, it is possible, you can't be served. Cash is not king here. My dining companion really wanted to try the Italian beef sandwich so we ordered one entree to split. He ordered an unsweet iced tea and I drank water. The food arrived promptly and the bowl presentation was acceptable. The sandwich is served on top of smashed potatoes that are probably baked. There was a gravy at the bottom of the bowl, which was I think was the au jus meant to dip the sandwich. The bread was not fresh. The sandwich was hot and tasty. The meal was enough for two people, but the server didn't bring a plate for the shared portion. We flagged another server and requested and received a plate. The total was $25. My dining companion had visited the restaurant for breakfast several weeks earlier. He noted the food was good and the service was efficient. I hope our visit today was not the norm because we felt totally ignored. We decided if we chose to return in the future we would have to sit at the bar to be able to be served on a timely basis, if at all.

However, on a recent trip I discovered something a bit disturbing and honestly confusing. I was with a group of colleagues, and three of us have Alpha Gal (red meat allergy caused by the lone star tick). Thankfully I desensitized myself enough that I can eat SOME red meat. The other two are highly sensitive. I ordered the wings again and passed them around to share. One of my AG friends ate one and the other asked the waitress if there is cross contamination. We were informed that the wings are fried in BEEF tallow. I panicked because the one friend is so sensitive that she can't even go to a petting zoo with hoofed mammals without reacting. So lucky that she had taken an Allegra that day which helps with the allergy enough that one wing fried with beef fat won't cause anaphylaxis. However, if the other girl had eaten it, she very likely could have had a terrible reaction. It does not state on the menu that the wings are fried in beef tallow. It's very important that allergens such as this are noted. I would never have thought myself that it was fried in beef fat. I would've thought it was vegetable or peanut oil. I would hope that this restaurant will add red meat allergens to their menu as Alpha Gal is becoming more and more common. Better yet, don't use beef products to cook chicken products.
