This place was really fun and offers a lot of specials. As a couple that was together for 6 years this Valentine's Day, we wanted to something more low key, especially since we're saving up for our wedding soon. I saw that Tomahawks was doing a deal on Valentine's Day for a % off if you booked online, so I did just that! When we got there, it was pretty packed. We check in in, ordered a drink and got to meet the friendly staff people that would end up taking care of us for our hour-long journey. We got in a short how-to lesson and then got right to work with our 'partners' (you somewhat share a lane with another couple unless you came with 4 people). I somehow never really caught on to how to throw axes very well, but everyone around me seemed to pick it up pretty seamlessly. We still had tons of fun even though I sucked at it. It was also very satisfying when I finally scored the occasional target! By the time an hour is up, you're pretty exhausted but also happy with your handiwork. My fiancée has been back for their 'throw and bro' Thursday's, where it only costs the guys $20 to throw on Thursday's.

Axe throwing initially seemed like something difficult to do, let alone master. Although our axe master was relatively new, she was very helpful and guided us through the basics of axe throwing and gave us some good practices. I was landing axes on the board in no time and was even able to land some trick throws. It was also pretty fun playing the various games they offer with the axe throwing. Ultimately, it was a good experience but quite pricey for its value.

My first time trying something like this, and I definitely want to come back! They take reservations and offer an awesome military discount. The man that was our "axe master" was not only competent, but so much fun!

Have done this a few times it's a great experience this place is so much fun and different. You have a person with you the entire time coaching you and we played some cool games. They have a lot of local beers, it's a good night out with friends.

Incredible place to spend time with friends, with a little competitive edge! Highly recommend giving it a try!

Upon returning, we were paired with an "Axe Master", who was knowledgeable and guided us through axe throwing technique and etiquette.

The mac & cheese balls aren't balls (triangles) and were barely warm. How hard is it to fry frozen food? We were with other people who barely touched a pizza and other apps because they were just bad. We bowled for a few hours and enjoyed the drinks. The spiked lemonade was good and is served smoking from dry ice. The bowling was fun. The atmosphere is good. This place is just a few miles from my house, but the terrible food will probably keep me from coming back when it's not a scheduled event like a birthday party.

The experience only lasts a few minutes, and ours was effectively lost due to staff failure. The game started before we were given any instructions, safety guidance, or required equipment. Half of our group was still outside the play area when it began, and we were left trying to figure things out in the dark while it was already in motion. No one told us about seatbelts, and we were not given 3D glasses. I had to leave mid-experience to request the glasses, and by the time we got them, most of the session was already over. When I asked to restart, I was told no. What's more concerning is the lack of follow-up. I reported this immediately and made multiple attempts to resolve it, was told a manager would contact me, and never received a direct response. Calls are now not being answered. For a short, expensive experience, there is no margin for this kind of failure. We paid for something we did not receive, and the lack of accountability afterward has been just as disappointing as the experience itself.
