They have all the staff necessary to: design and plan the remodel, get structural engineering plans, building permits, estimate costs, and then make the plan a reality. Any sub-contractors are fully supervised and corrected as necessary. For example, our countertop contractors were balking at how tight a radius some of the corners were planned to be, the owner of KRB got them to remove the countertops again and buy the right tooling to cut the planned corner radius. Was told by two different people that I could use that fee toward a new machine if I purchased it within 30 days. The repair didn't work so we decided to buy a new one. Looked on their website to see what was available and in stock. Got to the store and was met by salesman right off. We told him what we wanted and he showed us the machine with a $777 price tag. We mentioned on line the same machine was $649, the first shyster move!!! He said I'll be right back, and said we were correct. We then said we'd like to buy and put the $229.99 towards the purchase, his response was our policy is only $50 can be used for purchase! Second shyster move! We stated that the employees need to be more educated on the policies, we got a blank stare and then walked out. After telling this to many people , we heard similar and more horror stories from this store, not recommended by many from what the word around town is!!
